Job Description:
Set and maintain quality standards for company products through the use of systematic processes. Develops, modifies, and executes software test strategies, plans and suites. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. Develops tools and environments to automate test execution. Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems.
The expectation is that this person will work on-site at the Cupertino Juniper Mist office 5 days a week. This role does not have the ability to sponsor and due to the responsibilities of the role, the candidate must be a US citizen.

Contributions impact technical components of HPE products, solutions, or services regularly and sustainable. Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Responsibilities:
Build and maintain system testbeds using Access Points, networking devices, and servers.
Perform QA validation of 802.11 wireless standards and proprietary features.
Conduct end-to-end validation of client-to-cloud architecture.
Recreate customer-reported issues in lab environments and collaborate with global engineering teams to drive resolution.
Execute performance testing using tools like iPerf, ix Chariot, etc..
Partner with the Customer Support (CS) team to review defect reports and enhance test coverage.
Log and track bugs in Jira, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Escalate critical issues promptly to relevant stakeholders.
Create and maintain technical documentation in Confluence for CS and QA teams.
Mentor and train Level 1/2 Engineers on emerging wireless technologies
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
5+ years experience in networking domain
5+ years In-depth knowledge of 802.11 protocol standards.
5+ years of Hands-on experience with wireless access point validation.
Strong understanding of routing and switching concepts (VLAN, DHCP, DNS, NAT).
5+ years experience validating IEEE802.1x using Freeradius or similar RADIUS servers.
Proficiency in 802.11r/k/v protocols.
Skilled in wireless packet capture analysis and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced, technical environments.
Scripting experience in Python.
Preferred Qualifications:
• CWNA, CWSP, or CWAP certification.
• Experience with ISE or ClearPass.
• Basic knowledge of L2TPv3/IPsec protocols.

We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Hardware Manager to join our team and lead the hardware development and release processes. This role is ideal for someone with management experience in the Networking/Communications hardware industry, including hands-on expertise with Contract Manufacturing (CM) and Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) development methodologies. Basic Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of management experience in hardware development, with hands-on experience in Contract Manufacturing (CM) and Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) development methodologies.
Strong background in of hardware design, prototyping, and manufacturing processes, including board design, FPGA design, high-power SoC based systems, and CPU subsystem design.
Proven track record of managing product development for Networking (switching/routing/security) Systems.
Excellent understanding of supply chain management, production schedules, and cost optimization.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead teams to meet deadlines and business objectives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage vendor, partner, and customer relationships.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot complex hardware development challenges, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of international manufacturing standards, regulatory compliance, and product certifications (e.g., CE, UL, RoHS).
Prior experience in hardware development of highly complex high-speed Communications/Networking products is a plus.
Knowledge of software and firmware development processes as they relate to hardware.

Role Overview

We are seeking an executive sales leader to build, scale and run the North America specialist overlay organization focused on routing and data-center solutions. This leader will establish operational excellence, strategic direction, and integration with other major functions (engineering, product, enablement, channels). Lead a broad, cross-functional sales function: set strategy, policy, objectives and measurable goals for the North America Network for AI sales organization.

Join our ASIC team as an intern and gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge semiconductor development. Interns will have the opportunity to focus on one of three specialized areas-ASIC Design, ASIC Verification, or ASIC Tools & Methodologies-based on their interests and skills. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA/Automation Engineer to validate and automate testing for Mist Systems' Network Access Control (NAC) product. You will design and execute both manual and automated test cases, ensure seamless integration with Juniper products and third-party identity services, and help maintain high product quality through robust automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for NAC components (policy enforcement, device onboarding, posture checks, MDM integration, etc.)
Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to create comprehensive test plans
Validate integrations with Mist Dashboard, Juniper switches, access points, and external identity services (Azure AD, Okta, RADIUS)
Automate end-to-end workflows using Python, REST APIs, and relevant frameworks
Simulate network conditions using virtual labs or physical testbeds

The HW Sustaining Engineering group in HPE Networking Products and Advanced Technologies is looking for an experienced HW Engineering Manager with a passion for hardware quality.
We are a small, collaborative group focused on hardware quality and continuity for HPE's networking products over product life cycle. Our true north is customer experience, and our key mission is to drive customer focused improvements into current and future generations of HPE networking hardware. We are looking for someone who can lead a team of hardware engineers to take ownership of this mission and drive related tasks to completion. The right candidate will be a proven team leader who can handle program, priority and escalation management. This role also requires strong collaborative and communication skills, a background in hardware design and debug, and familiarity with networking hardware.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of experienced HW engineers responsible for supporting HPE networking hardware products.
Engage with customers and support teams to review, investigate and resolve customer escalations related to HPE networking hardware.
Manage multiple concurrent failure analysis and design change projects. Manage priorities, allocate resources, track progress and drive to closure on schedule.
Author RCCA (Root cause / Corrective Action) and other hardware quality related presentations and present to customers and Juniper stakeholders.
Drive proactive quality improvement in new products through closed loop corrective actions and feedback into design teams.
Collaborate with Supply Chain and Component Engineering to address component EOL (end-of-life) replacement, second source, and value engineering priorities.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, CM (Contract Manufacturing) and ODM teams to resolve critical issues seen in manufacturing and ensure production hardware quality.
Track and improve team performance. Coach and develop team members through regular engagement, one-on-one's and OKRs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
Experience in high-speed digital hardware design, test and de-bug.
3+ years of experience leading a hardware engineering team in a design, debug or quality role.
Team leadership experience includes coaching, team building and supporting career growth of team members.
Expertise in hardware quality, failure analysis, root-cause/corrective action (RCCA),
Familiarity with networking hardware components, interfaces, and systems. Ability to review system level test plans and test results and distill down to hardware specifics.
Demonstrated success in managing multiple concurrent programs and priorities and delivering results on schedule.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience communicating with executive leadership and major customers.
Skilled at working across organizational and geographical boundaries to drive a common goal.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
5 years or more in a hardware leadership role.
Strong customer focus, and ability to act as "voice of customer" in driving HW quality, reliability and serviceability goals
Familiar with schematic and FPGA design, PCB layout, and manufacturing processes flow.
Experience working with CM and ODM partners across the world to investigate and remediate HW quality issues.
Skilled at compiling and analyzing data, working with quality metrics, dashboards (Tableau) and OKRs.
Experience with product-lifecycle change management tools such as Agile PLM.

Project description:
For quantum computing to reach utility-scale, tight integration of quantum processing units (QPUs) within HPC infrastructures will be necessary. An outstanding problem in this area is how to efficiently partition and distribute quantum workloads among multiple QPUs, as the number of qubits for interesting applications far exceeds what will fit on a single (even futuristic) QPU. Our team is developing three distinct thrusts:
1. Tensor network simulation of quantum many-body systems.
2. Tight HPC-QC integration by building state-of-the-art low-latency compilers
3. Distributed quantum error correction
As a research intern, you will aid in the development, implementation, and testing of these methods at HPC-scale. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and researchers to develop a crucial element of HPE's strategy on quantum computing.
