Hexion company history timeline

1999

John joined Borden Chemical, a predecessor company of Hexion, in 1999, and has since served Hexion in various senior human resource leadership roles.

2000

In May 2000, Craig rejoined Hercules and was named President of its BetzDearborn Division in August 2000.

2003

Prior to being named CEO of Hercules in December 2003, Craig held a variety of senior management positions with the company, including president of the FiberVisions and Pinova Divisions, vice president of Global Procurement, and Chief Operating Officer.

2005

Nathan has been Executive Vice President, Global Procurement of the company since the formation of its predecessor, Hexion Specialty Chemicals (later to become Momentive Specialty Chemicals), in 2005.

2006

Doug was previously a Director of Momentive Performance Materials Inc. and was appointed General Counsel and Secretary upon the acquisition GE Advanced Materials, a division of General Electric Company, in 2006.

2010

Doug Johns has been Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Hexion Inc. since 2010.

2017

Craig joined Hexion in July 2017.
