We are seeking an experienced IFS Cloud On-Premises Administrator/DBA to join our HEXPOL IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of our IFS Cloud database systems hosted on premises. This role requires a deep understanding of IFS Cloud, IFS Apps10 applications, integration with our MES, database management, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of our data.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain IFS Cloud and APPS 10 databases on-premises Monitor database performance and perform tuning to ensure optimal performance
Implement and manage database backups, restores, and disaster recovery plans
Perform regular database maintenance tasks such as updates, patching, and upgrades
Build and maintain user roles and permissions and event configuration
Ensure data integrity and consistency across the database environment
Manage user access and permissions to ensure security and compliance with policies and manage IFS license
Optimize Oracle, SQL queries and troubleshoot performance issues
Provide support for database-related issues and incidents, including on-call support as needed
Collaborate with IFS Modules, with application developers and other IT staff to resolve issues and improve system performance. Creates and manages API's
Document database configurations, procedures, and issues for reference and compliance
Implement and monitor security measures to safeguard sensitive data
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
Regularly review and update security protocols and access controls
Continuously monitor database performance, conduct performance tuning, and resolve issues to ensure efficient operation
Work closely with HEXPOL team and IFS consultants, developers, and other stakeholders to support database needs
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members to address and resolve issues
Implement and manage backup strategies, ensuring regular backups are taken and can be restored when needed
Maintain database security by implementing access controls, encryption, and other security measures to protect sensitive data
Generate and analyze database reports to support decision-making and business operations. Using IFS Cloud lobbies
Maintain comprehensive documentation of database systems, configurations, and procedures
May require occasional on-call support and after-hours work for maintenance or emergencies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a DBA, with specific experience in managing IFS Cloud on-premises and Azure hosted cloud database
Proven experience with database installation, configuration, and maintenance
Strong knowledge of Oracle, SQL, SSRS IFS Quick Reports, Lobbies and database performance tuning. Creating SQL Data Source
Proficiency in database management tools and software
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant certifications e.g., Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, JSON/JASON Connectivity and IFS Cloud Certification, IFS Cloud Administrator are preferred.

Thorough understanding of mechanics, hydraulics, electrical and electronic control systems, pneumatics, HVAC, rubber industry production equipment, internal combustion engines, single and three phase electric motors.
Proficient written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficient computer/systems skills - MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook). Knowledge of E-Maintenance, CMMS, SAP, and PLCs, preferred.

Responsibilities
Manage all customer communications with speed and accuracy.
Build solid relationships with the customer base by providing order updates regularly.
Manage purchase orders from entry to completion.

The Maintenance Technician at Sika will play a key role in supporting the uptime of our operation. They will maintain equipment & facilities to support the safe and efficient operations of Sika Marion manufacturing facility.

Specific Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices using a 3-way match system; process utility invoices and expense reports; special check requests when needed in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance with the Company standards and practices.
Responsible for managing end to end process for accounts payable discrepancies related to 3-way match system.
Includes monitoring for 3-way match discrepancies, researching the issues, determining the solution in accordance with Company accepted rules and regulations.
Daily mail distribution, including AP email box. Scan invoices, if applicable.
Maintain open lines of communication with other departments to ensure efficient payment of invoices.
New vendor set up verification in accordance with Company's internal rules and regulations including obtaining vendor's W-9 form and all other necessary documentation.
Ability to recognize, categorize and record expenses utilizing the Company Chart of Accounts and Approval System.
Perform any other project/task as assigned by Management.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent. Associate Degree in Accounting/Business Administration or related field, preferred. Experience may be considered in lieu of education.
Two (2) years' office experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.
