HeyTutor has partnered with a school district in Washington, DC and we're looking to hire Math And ELA who can assist High School Students during and after regular school hours. You will be working with students between grades 9-12. Spanish Bilingual is a plus!
You'll be actively supervising students as you help them catch up from learning gaps developed over the past school year.
You must be comfortable passing an IN-PERSON background check.

Working with groups of students (without the support of a teacher or school site staff);
Prepare area to start tutoring session;

Document student progress with HeyTutor Dashboard;
When requested by manager, facilitate students taking and completing baseline and summative assessments;
Leading a group of students in the tutoring session, using curriculum and materials provided by the program;
Creating an engaging environment that fosters a sense of belonging that kids want to be in;
Supporting students in making positive behavior choices;
Engage and interact with tutoring lessons alongside the students;
Daily clocking in and out of Deputy for shifts; and
Any other duties that may be required by the Company, your manager and/or the School Site.
SCHEDULE:
Monday-Friday. 4 hours per day.
5 Tutors needed
Schedule 1: M-F 11:00am- 3:00pm (1 tutor strong in both Math and ELA)
Schedule 2: M-F 11:00am- 3:00pm ( 1 Math and 1 ELA tutor)
Schedule 3: M-F 11:30am- 2:00pm and M-TH 2:30pm - 4:30pm ( 1 Math and 1 ELA tutor)
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have completed an AA or higher, or be currently enrolled in college/ university.
Spanish Bilingual fluent
Tutoring experience (great at working with kids)
Comfortable working in a classroom setting
Clear FBI-DOJ background check (provided through us)

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
8+ years of direct experience providing technical support to Front Office trading desks.
In-depth knowledge of fixed income and delta one products, trading workflows, and market data systems.
Hands-on experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Atlassian suite, etc.).
Proficiency with ticketing systems such as Jira Service Desk (or FreshService) and ticket-based workflows.
Experience with conference room technologies (e.g., Neat, Crestron, Logitech AV systems) is advantageous.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of serving as the initial point of contact for traders, handling expectations and providing solutions promptly.
Series 99 certification or an equivalent credential is a plus.

Time is split between Duluth, GA office and the Atlanta, GA office (3 days in Atlanta, 2 days in Duluth)
A Desktop Support Technician that possesses a strong customer service orientation, sound technical skills, integrity, and a passion for excellence. The right candidate will be extremely detail-oriented, able to multitask in a demanding environment, and possess exceptional communication and organizational skills. The right candidate will have a "do whatever it takes'' attitude and possess great pride in their work
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide hardware and software support - In an efficient and professional manner assist user issues
Customer Service - Assist users in a prompt and courteous manner
Special Projects - Various tasks and other non-technical responsibilities will be required
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in a corporate helpdesk and/or desktop support environment is preferred
Consider themselves as tech-savvy and willing to learn new ideas
Must understand and communicate technical concepts and provide clear technical instructions in simple terms
Excellent customer service skills to work effectively with clients
Understanding of Windows 10 Operating System
Understanding of Mac OS is a plus
Ability to work well with other people in a team-oriented environment
Ability to professionally handle conflicts
Must be professional, self-motivated, resourceful, flexible and work with minimal supervision
Must be able to follow through procedures and protocols as outlines by senior management
