$40 per jobsite
Detention pay is $16 per hour

Drivers average 2,000 - 2,500 miles per week and around 15 stops per week

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Additionally, you can visit our state-of-the-art animal hospital in Normal for all your pet's health needs. Whether you prefer at-home veterinary care or our fully equipped hospital, our veterinarians provide the latest in pet health care, including wellness care, vaccines, dental care, and surgery. We also offer digital X-rays, in-house laboratory services, and ultrasound diagnostic care.

Heartland Veterinary Partners' Externship Program works to provide veterinary students with hands-on experience and mentorship to help have them 'practice ready' by their first day in practice.
Externships are typically 2 weeks long and Heartland will cover the cost of lodging if needed.
Length of externship is flexible & we can support your preceptorship documentation as well.

Monitor and supervise the pool facilities, enforcing policies and procedures.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Monitor and enforce pool rules and policies * Keep facility clean and organized * Know facility's emergency action plan, and how to engage it
* Perform lifesaving duties when needed
* Answer member questions and follow up on requests
* Assist with the opening and closing the pool as needed
* Act as a resources and service person for participants
* Assist in examining facility for safety hazards
* Aid participants with injuries by providing First Aid and CPR, and document all injuries and/or issues properly
* Attend all scheduled meetings
* Maintain a good level of physical fitness
* Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Position Requirements (including years of experience, certifications, licenses, etc.):
* Currently certified as a lifeguard with a Nationally Recognized association and currently CPR, First Aid and AED certified
* Must be able to pass a swim test and have a good level of physical fitness
* Must possess good oral and written communication skills, as well as quality people skills
* Possess good leadership skills
* Excellent customer service skills
