What you will do:
* Non-supervisory rig-based drilling positions are responsible for performing various manual labor tasks throughout the rig site, including rig up and down activities, general equipment operation, repairs and maintenance on rig components, assigned activities on the rig floor, mud-mixing, handling tubulars in the derrick, and other various duties as assigned.

What you need:
* The worker must be at least 18 years of age
* The worker must pass a post-offer physical examination
* The worker must have proper legal authorization to work in the country where the rig is operating
* Work assignments are generally 12 hours per day, for 14-28 consecutive days, followed by 14-28 days off
* Ability to apply common sense to carry out written or oral instructions and to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
* Basic ability to understand, speak, read, and write English
* Basic computer skills required
* Non-entry-level positions require a minimum of six months of prior drilling experience, as well as knowledge of procedures associated with drilling a well
* Prior mechanical equipment experience is preferred for motorman positions

Job Description
Position Purpose:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Industrial Wastewater Equipment Operator to run and maintain high-capacity centrifuges and filter press systems used in wastewater treatment and sludge dewatering processes. The operator will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, equipment efficiency, and overall environmental performance of our facility.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and adjust dewatering equipment including centrifuges and filter presses.
Prepare equipment for operation by inspecting components, checking lubrication, and verifying instrumentation.
Start up, operate, and shut down systems according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor process parameters such as flow rates, pressures, torque, cake dryness, and filtrate clarity.
Troubleshoot mechanical or process issues and coordinate maintenance as needed.
Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance of all assigned equipment.
Collect, label, and log samples for laboratory analysis.
Maintain accurate records, including logbooks, inspection checklists, and maintenance schedules.
Assist with chemical handling (e.g., polymers, pH adjustment) and safe disposal of sludge cake and residuals.
Follow all safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), confined space entry, and PPE requirements.
Support environmental and compliance audits by providing data and access to systems.
Work Environment:
Work is performed in an industrial setting with exposure to noise, odors, chemicals, and moving machinery.
Ability to work outside in all conditions.
Qualifications
Education/Experience/Background:
High School Diploma/GED is required.
Mechanical aptitude and experience with pumps, valves, hydraulic systems, and control panels.
Required Certification/Licenses/Training:
Technical/vocational training in water/wastewater operations or industrial maintenance.
Forklift operation certification.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in physically demanding conditions (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods).
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, goggles, and respirators is required.
May require work on elevated platforms.
