Customer Account Manager
Hi-Line, Inc., a niche leader and essential U.S. distributor of industrial aftermarket products and services, seeks an energetic, experienced, and detail-oriented Customer Account Manager professional to help lead us in our future growth and development. This position will support the company's Customer Accounting efforts at our home office and national distribution center in the Dallas/Framer's Branch area.
Job Responsibilities:
Accountable for maintaining high standards of speed and accuracy and promoting positive relations with internal and external customers. Accountable for maintaining (within a designated AGR group) an aging not to exceed 5% > 60 days. Responsible for expediting customer requests and other accounting documents within the specified time.
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree or equivalent required
Strong background in distribution-based ERP systems (P21/Epicore preferred)
Online Billing (Coupa, Arbia, ext..)
B2B collections (soft collections)
Proficiency in Access and Excel preferred
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication to effectively work with our mobile sales force and customer base
Experience in the area of processing complex orders and resolving billing issues
Uses diplomacy in executing policies/resolving issues with customers and Territory Managers.
Must be an energetic and quick learner in a fast-paced environment, with excellent numeric perception.

Position Summary
The Junior Buyer plays a key role in supporting daily purchasing operations by ensuring materials are sourced accurately, delivered on time, and obtained at the best value. This role focuses on purchase order execution, lead-time management, supplier communication, inventory support, and maintaining data accuracy within Epicor Prophet 21 (P21).
This individual will purchase products from major manufacturers such as 3M, Eaton, Bussmann, Ideal, Loctite, LPS, and Thomas & Betts.
Key Responsibilities
Purchasing & Order Management
Create, issue, and manage purchase orders in Epicor P21.
Verify accurate pricing, quantities, and delivery dates on all orders.
Monitor open POs daily to prevent shortages and delays.
Expedite orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Supplier Communication & Support
Communicate professionally with suppliers regarding lead times, backorders, and shipment updates.
Request quotes, confirm pricing, and coordinate product availability.
Assist with onboarding new suppliers and maintaining accurate vendor documentation.
Inventory & Data Accuracy
Partner with Inventory Control to maintain optimal stock levels.
Review replenishment reports and recommend adjustments based on demand trends.
Update item master data including lead times, costs, part numbers, and supplier information.
Operational Support
Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Product Management, and other departments to address product availability and urgent needs.
Resolve discrepancies related to receiving, invoicing, or shipment issues.
Continuous Improvement
Support cost-saving initiatives through competitive quoting and vendor consolidation.
Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving supply chain efficiency.
Develop skills and knowledge to grow into advanced purchasing responsibilities such as category management or strategic sourcing.
Requirements
Education & Experience
High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
2-5 years of experience in purchasing, inventory, supply chain, or related administrative roles preferred.
Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) is a strong plus.
Skills & Competencies

Job DescriptionInventory Controller Hi-Line, Inc., a U. S. distributor and service provider of industrial aftermarket products, is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller. This position will be responsible for inventory management of Maintenance Repair & Operations (MRO) parts and supplies for our Distribution Center and over 100 Mobile Stores nationwide. We serve over 30 different industries across the USA, such as transportation, aviation, facilities maintenance, aerospace, medical, military, marine, power generation, manufacturing, federal/local government, and heavy equipment. We provide direct delivery and superior inventory management solutions from our fleet of fully stocked Mobile Industrial Hardware Stores.

Essential Responsibilities and Skills (other duties as necessary):
• Stock Management: Analyze and approve daily Auto Stock Replenishments (ASRs), work with Territory Managers (TMs) on annual inventory, bring back unproductive inventory from the field, and set min/max levels in both the Distribution Center (DC) and Stores
• Data & Analytics: Analyze stock levels, identify discrepancies, generate financial and inventory reports, and act on what the data tells us.
• Cost Control: Work with the Purchasing team on process improvement ideas to control costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Auditing: Review daily, weekly, and monthly reports for opportunities to improve accuracy.
• Communication: Confidently and clearly interact with Territory Managers (sales team).
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of inventory control experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Inventory Management Certifications preferred
• Advanced knowledge in Excel
• Proficiency in ERP and inventory management software programs
• Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy and great organizational skills
• Strong sense of urgency
• Exceptional understanding of ABC analysis and inventory management practices
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
