This is a good place to kick start your career in project management. Provides self-training through videos. Equipment provided. Remote. Early leave on Friday. Semi Flexible PTO.
Micromanagement. Nepotism. Childish CEO. Toxic emotional meetings run by the CEO. Minimal professional growth. Below market pay. EOY review can turn into an every month review depending on the emotional state of the CEO. Just wait until the family group has financial issues to turn their paranoia into micromanagement. Can't actually leave early on Friday, stuck having to spend your early leave with the lonely CEO that wants to spend "quality" time with their employees before the weekend. Expect "emergency" meetings from the CEO on zoom to interrupt the work day, outrageous accusations without proof, and psychological mumbo jumbo. High insurance deductibles. Unpaid certification. Extremely High employee turn over. High stress. Expect your colleagues to be used as a tool to help micromanage. Leadership is comprised of the couple duo with the brother to help micromanage the rest. Pay raise will be commission based instead of an increase in salary. Professionals beware, you will not be appreciated.
Opportunity to travel to events
They are great at micromanagement and they practice nepotism. Only family survives their turmoil.
Some people are not meant to be employers. Cutting costs and raising demands on employees is not the solution to poor financial decisions. Too much money is spent by the company's family unit on managing an employee base of less than 3 working employees.

Below marketplace. I was also paid based on commission instead of getting a salary increase.
No representation of diverse demographics. The "leadership" team is only family. New hires were "tested" several times for "honesty and integrity" yet the only one who seemed to meet standards was their family members.
