His former affiliations have included, Chairman of the Board Emeritus of the National Kidney Foundation of MA, RI, NH and VT, the Corporation of the New England Baptist Hospital and Trustee and Finance Chair for the Center for Blood Research. Additionally, he has served on the boards of the Massachusetts Extended Care Federation and the Massachusetts Assisted Living Facilities Association.
