Learn more about our programs at *************** WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Customer Service, Lead Conversion & Automation Specialist, you'll play a dual role that is both customer-facing and tech-enabled. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with past and potential customers by phone using our Go High Level CRM pipeline, following up on leads, re-engaging inactive clients, and helping families get started in our programs. In addition, you'll be a supportive and welcoming presence at the front desk-working closely with our customer service and enrollment team to ensure smooth daily operations and an outstanding experience for every family who walks through our doors.
