Qualifications
Education:
* High School Diploma/GED required.
Experience:

The Account Administrator III (First Mid Insurance Group) is responsible for leading, initiating and supervising Customer Service and Administration of a significant book of business. Manages other team members including CSRs, other Account Administrators or other team members as assigned or required. Leads specific initiatives within department or division as assigned. Responsible for high-level service standards, marketing new and renewal business, overseeing customer accounts and relationships as needed, and revenue and account retention as well as organic book growth through account rounding. Education/Experience:

Develops, manages, and grows agricultural, SBA, commercial, and/or commercial real estate loans that meet established commercial lending criteria and provide maximum profitability to the Bank at minimum risk. Working with a predetermined lending limit, analyzes customer credit requests; balance sheets and profit and loss statement; and cash flow projections in order to make sound loan decisions and predict future repayment capacity. Responsible for producing a complete loan approval document that recognizes relevant risks and mitigating factors associated with each credit request, coordinating with the Credit Administration Department as appropriate. Make recommendations to loan committee on new and renewal loans for amounts above lending limit.
Participates as a member of various Bank committees as assigned.
Represents the Bank and provide leadership in key community activities and committees.

Responsible for managing a portfolio of Classified Assets within established bank policies and procedures to minimize losses and maximize recoveries on loans, repossessed assets and Other Real Estate Owned. Applying those collection efforts in a fair and ethical manner, consistent with applicable regulation and law is critical to the bank and minimizes the inherent risks. The Special Assets Officer I generally works with small to mid-size loans with low to medium complexity.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Responsible for identifying and minimizing potential losses and maximizing recoveries on assigned loan portfolios, through collection activities, developing/negotiating/execution of workout action plans including proposing loan restructures, managing negotiations and legal actions, evaluating bank collateral and documentation, and recommending alternative solutions as well as judgment/foreclosure litigation, asset liquidation and bankruptcy. Make recommendations for additional approval where necessary.
* Determine and report the appropriate risk classification and recommended reserve for problem loans where applicable.
* Review delinquency, maturity and unpaid tax reports and follow up with borrowers and loan officers as necessary.
* Responsible for assigned monthly and quarterly reports such as Delinquent Mortgage Loan Reports, Bankruptcy Reports, and Problem Loan Reports, as applicable.
* Maintain client contact records.
* Review for loss mitigation alternatives if collection cannot be resolved in short order. Prepare loss mitigation documents in compliance with applicable guidelines.
* Monitor and manage accounts in bankruptcy, engage bank attorney when necessary, and oversee preparation of bankruptcy proof of claims when prompted by the courts.
* Prepare documents for repossessions and legal actions against debtors.
* Engage bank attorney to foreclose or repossess collateral, when necessary, execute required documents, coordinate foreclosure or repossession process, review and maintain legal records.
* Maintain bank-owned property according to bank policy, review and execute sale documents, and participate in the closing of the asset.
* Recover past due balances, judgments or in the alternative, negotiate recovery with the appropriate approval.
* Assist with routine audits.
* Completed required training associated with job function.

Responsible for calling on, developing, and maintaining Commercial deposits and Treasury/Cash Management customer relationships. Qualifications Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree required or the equivalent of 5+ years of experience in sales and service in the financial industry.

Experience with overall bank management is necessary.

Thorough knowledge of bank products and services, bank credit and liability management, strong knowledge of business finance concepts, ability to read and understand company financial statements; possess strong mathematical skills and superior knowledge of Excel spreadsheets.

* Creates data maps and transaction workflow documents showing exactly how every field of information will be converted. Data mapping forms the technical specification for the conversion and will generate code. Shares data maps with vendors as appropriate to ensure successful conversion.
* Validates results of conversion program and/or other programming changes. Develops, monitors, and leads the validation team.
* Utilizes Business Analytics and various other systems to streamline the mapping and validation process.
* Develops expertise in core and ancillary systems and processes (First Mid Bank's and the acquired bank's) and can identify interdependencies and impacts of changes to the systems.
* Maintains effective communication with both operational and project teams and acts as the "voice" of the business during the project.
* Identifies fields/data that must be corrected post conversion and develops a plan to get issues resolved. Utilizes various systems for process automation.
* Directs the post conversion clean-up process and engaging operational resources as needed.
* Reviews systems specs for cleanup pre and post conversion. Determines needs for changes for the combined institution.
* Primary conversion team lead for Business Line, including subcommittee with vendors.
* Acts as the primary resource during the conversion and answers questions, troubleshoots problems as they occur, supports implementation of new procedures, communicates last minute training if necessary and provides support during conversion week. Reviews the conversion results (reports, balancing of systems, balancing system conversion to associated General Ledger accounts, errors with the customer.
* Identifies and documents lesson learned and other opportunities for process improvements.
* When Bank conversions are not in play, Implementation Manager will lead other business unit projects.
Qualifications
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration required
Experience:
* 7+ years of specialized training or experience in all areas of bank operations, with focus on Loans.

Responsible for managing a portfolio of Classified Assets within established bank policies and procedures to minimize losses and maximize recoveries on loans, repossessed assets and Other Real Estate Owned. Applying those collection efforts in a fair and ethical manner, consistent with applicable regulation and law is critical to the bank and minimizes the inherent risks. The Special Assets Officer I generally works with small to mid-size loans with low to medium complexity. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for identifying and minimizing potential losses and maximizing recoveries on assigned loan portfolios, through collection activities, developing/negotiating/execution of workout action plans including proposing loan restructures, managing negotiations and legal actions, evaluating bank collateral and documentation, and recommending alternative solutions as well as judgment/foreclosure litigation, asset liquidation and bankruptcy. Make recommendations for additional approval where necessary.
Determine and report the appropriate risk classification and recommended reserve for problem loans where applicable.
Review delinquency, maturity and unpaid tax reports and follow up with borrowers and loan officers as necessary.
Responsible for assigned monthly and quarterly reports such as Delinquent Mortgage Loan Reports, Bankruptcy Reports, and Problem Loan Reports, as applicable.
Maintain client contact records.
Review for loss mitigation alternatives if collection cannot be resolved in short order. Prepare loss mitigation documents in compliance with applicable guidelines.
Monitor and manage accounts in bankruptcy, engage bank attorney when necessary, and oversee preparation of bankruptcy proof of claims when prompted by the courts.
Prepare documents for repossessions and legal actions against debtors.
Engage bank attorney to foreclose or repossess collateral, when necessary, execute required documents, coordinate foreclosure or repossession process, review and maintain legal records.
Maintain bank-owned property according to bank policy, review and execute sale documents, and participate in the closing of the asset.
Recover past due balances, judgments or in the alternative, negotiate recovery with the appropriate approval.
Assist with routine audits.
Completed required training associated with job function.

Qualifications Education/Experience:
