Pros of working at Higginbotham

None, 25+ years in insurance and they lured me away from my previous job stole my book of business and then year and half later said oh you are not a good fit. Paid me a severance

Lots of freedom with little to no direction.

No matching 401k ever u get stock which they can buy back… profits greedily directed toward enriching the managing directors.
