The CEO is pretty bad at being a positive leader. A major part of that is he lets his unqualified wife run the business.

It's completely remote so no need to head into an office.

Cons of working at High 5 Games

No employee protection, no policies, no HR structure, the wife of the owner is an emptional psycopath who is given odd jobs to make her feel relevant. If she does not like you, she will fire you. The company will not compensate you for wrongful dismissal.
