As a Room Attendant for High Hotels LTD, you will be responsible for performing routine duties to ensure that the high standards of cleanliness and service for the hotel and the brand are met. Room Attendants should take pride in providing exceptional guest experiences by ensuring the hotel guest rooms and common areas are properly cleaned and maintained. Room Attendant team members could spend their days in various areas of the housekeeping department including laundry, common area cleaning, and room cleaning.
This position could be located at the Hampton Inn in Lancaster, PA.
This is a Full-Time position with the following schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM on weekdays & 9:00AM-5:30PM on weekends. Weekends & Holidays are required.
***Please Note: shift end times will vary based on occupancy rate and workload.
Weekends include a $2/hr. shift premium!
Starting Rate: $16.99/hr. Potential for increase is based on experience.
Areas of responsibility for our Room Attendants include:
Cleaning the guest rooms and common areas according to brand standards in the allotted amount of time
Vacuuming carpet and furniture.
Cleaning and dusting furniture.
Cleaning kitchenettes and washing the dishes in suites.
Changing bed linens.
Cleaning the guest room bathroom.
Cleaning high touch areas of the hotel to meet brand COVID-19 cleaning standards
Assisting in the laundry room: washing, drying, folding, and sorting laundry.
Maintaining the linen cart and ensuring supplies are neatly organized.
Ensuring the security of guest rooms and privacy of guests.
Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:
A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) preferred.
The ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
The ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20lbs.
The ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
The ability to support any property owned by High Hotels, Ltd. in the Lancaster, PA area.
Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.

Starting Rate: $18.00/hr. Potential for increase is based on experience. Standard schedule is 6:30am -3:00pm, Monday - Friday. Some weekends may be required.
Responsibilities for our grounds maintenance include:

The Buyer supports all aspects of our Raised Access Floors (Red Lion) and Data Center products (St. Paul, Baltimore, Pocahontas, Red Lion #2). About the Role
The Technical Services Manager - Ceilings provides expert technical guidance to clients, sales teams, and contractors, ensuring the proper selection, installation, and performance of products on construction projects. This role is the resident subject matter expert for the technical aspects of our ceiling products. Key responsibilities include providing on-site support, preparing technical reports, customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with product specifications and industry standards. About the Role
The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing and directing the activities of assigned production departments to manufacture quality product on time and at requisite cost. This position is also responsible for promoting development and growth of employees within assigned departments.

We are looking for a Precast Production Set Up crew member to join our 1st shift team. The start time will be 6:00AM, Monday-Friday, working 8-10 hour work days.
Precast Production Set Up is responsible for assisting in the setup process, working in a timely and safe manner to ensure production schedules are met. Prepares forms daily for the pouring process as specified on drawings or by the area supervisor.
Starting at $20.00/hour and can increase based on previous related experience. Over time/ Time and a half is paid after 8 hours worked each day
Daily Responsibilities:
Will utilize blueprints to set and tie rebar cages and/or mats
Reviews prints with attention to detail
Sets up prints using a tape measure
Place steel components in forms
Uses the bolt cutters to cut the mesh

We are actively seeking Yard person/Material Handler to join our 2nd Shift - 4:00PM start time team.
Material Handlers/Yardperson are responsible to assist in performing duties to ensure the proper and safe handling of products from the production areas to yard storage. Also, to ensure a smooth and safe flow of products from the storage areas onto trailers for shipments to job sites.

About the Role
The Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor contributes to the success of the plant by providing day-to-day maintenance leadership and technical support to maintenance and facility technicians. In this role, you will lead a team of frontline employees within the maintenance department (mechanics/facilities technicians), ensuring reliable operations of the plant's utilities and building systems while driving safety, compliance, and cost-effective performance.
What You'll Do
Ensure equipment and utility reliability to maximize plant uptime; own the health of HVAC, boilers/chillers, compressed air, electrical distribution (up to 480V), water/wastewater, fire protection, lighting, building envelope, docks/doors, and grounds.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of mechanics and facilities technicians; set daily priorities, assign work, and verify quality.
Maintain a strong floor presence; conduct daily Gemba walks, and toolbox talks focused on safety, 5S, and work execution.
Plan and schedule preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance in partnership with the Planner/Scheduler; level load resources across shifts.
Steward the CMMS for all facilities assets: asset hierarchy, PM plans, critical spares, work order closeout, and data quality.
Own utilities management: monitor usage and costs (kWh, therms, water), reduce waste/leaks, and implement conservation projects.
Coordinate contractor/vendor services (HVAC, fire protection, roofing, janitorial, landscaping, snow removal, waste/recycling); issue SOWs, manage permits, and control site access.
Ensure EHS and regulatory compliance: OSHA 1910, NFPA 70E, Lockout/Tagout, confined space, hot work, fall protection; maintain inspection records and close corrective actions.
Partner cross-functionally (Operations, Engineering, CI, Reliability, EHS, Procurement) to resolve chronic issues and deliver improvement projects.
Manage budget and MRO spend for facilities; track variances and identify cost savings opportunities.

About the Role
The Team Leader I is responsible for directing the activities of the assigned production department to manufacture quality products on time and at required cost. This position also is responsible for assisting in the development and growth of employees assigned to the respective departments.
Note: This is for our 3rd shift position. Hours are Sunday-Thursday 10pm-630am
What You'll Do
• Directly responsible for the safety of department employees to include stringent enforcement of safety policies and procedures, ensuring proper PPE is worn at all times, communication of monthly safety topics, prompt completion of all accident or near miss reports, and ensure that all LOTO procedures are followed at all times.
• Check shipping list daily and print out orders so they can be packed by our packing dept. Ensure partial list for panels is being packed and LTL jobs are properly labeled. Assign associates to stage and label for shipping; check over manifest once packing is completed.
• Complete manifest, draw instruction diagram for loading material on truck, ensuring weight is to a minimum of 1000 lbs. every two feet.
• Perform SA transactions to create invoices for customers.
• Complete export manifest and send to customer service rep responsible for job request.
• Complete all Canada documents needed for Canadian shipments Ensure correct inventory and make adjustments as needed.
• Work as part of a team environment to include relieving other employs in instances of breaks, absenteeism, vacation, or other production requirements.
• Maintains good housekeeping and follows established safety procedures.
Additional Details
• Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
• Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
• Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
• Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.
What you'll Bring:
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous supervisory experience or education required. 8-10 years' experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must be computer literate, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment with accuracy and integrity.
• Able to work in a team environment and interface with a diverse workforce.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted Must be able to stand and/or walk, bend, stoop, or crouch for at least an 8-hour shift.
• Must be able to use hands and fingers to handle or feel machinery, equipment or parts and work near moving mechanical parts.
