The amount of work that is expected for the amount of pay given is ridiculous. Great expectations are fine- as long as you are compensated fairly. Highs expects a lot for the little they give.
Employee discount on purchases.
Getting to converse/meet with different people while working.
Never met the CEO. Management at the store where I worked was hands down the most unprofessional manager I’ve ever had. Yelling at employees in front of customers, talking about staff with other staff members, repeating info that was told to manager in confidence, etc amd so on. I could go on and on. I was actually embarrassed to work for a company who felt that this person was a great manager & represented the company well. Yikes.
Better leadership hands down. Pay a better wage.
As stated above, manager was super unprofessional, therefore interview was a joke. Basically just show up and the job is yours
As previously stated, compensation is deplorable. I realize this is an entry level position, however much is required for very little payment. Highs expects way too much for the amount of compensation given.
Fine.
