Specific Duties:
Monitor, control, patrol, and secure physical access to protected facilities.

Adobe B2B Marketing Organization is seeking a Marketing Subject Matter Expert (SME) to help scale their B2B marketing excellence across Adobe by advancing how they use E2E Adobe Product Suite internally within the B2B marketing business.

Partner with internal stakeholders across Global Marketing, Product Management, and Data teams to design and operationalize strategic enablement programs.
Lead value realization initiatives, defining measurable impact frameworks that demonstrate ROI and marketing performance improvement.
Build, refine, and socialize success measurement frameworks that align marketing execution with business-level results.
Translate analytics insights into practical recommendations supporting personalization, audience engagement, and campaign optimization.
Support tool adoption and standardization by developing best practices, enablement materials, and thought leadership content for internal partners.
Influence cross-functional teams through data storytelling, workshops, and consultative collaboration to drive alignment and shared success metrics.
Contribute to the evolution of Adobe's internal marketing capabilities by identifying process, technology, and strategy gaps and recommending improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
6-10 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, or marketing analytics within enterprise or SaaS environments.
Proven expertise using and optimizing Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including:
AEM
Adobe Analytics
Adobe Target
Adobe Campaign
Adobe Journey Optimizer
Strong background in marketing performance measurement, analytics, and ROI/value realization frameworks.

JOB SUMMARY
The Site Security Director will be directly involved in the day-to-day security operations of a large non-profit organization site located on the peninsula with hundreds of employees and thousands of daily visitors. The Director will be entrusted to oversee the fundamental security requirements and to envision the direction of the security department and tailor the security department to the specific needs of the client, with the bonus of having the entire HighCom staff as support.
Essential Functions:
Oversee the entire security operations of the site and consistently ensure the highest level of security is being provided.
Ensures all procedures provide coherent, efficient, and complete solutions for all site security needs.
Stays abreast of all security incidents and ensures proper documentation is completed.
Serves as the site's primary point of contact and liaison between the client and company.
· Provide guidance and counsel to aid clients about security-related expectations.
· Maintain and update the Emergency Procedures Manual and Security protocols/policies covering fire, natural disasters, security threats, and how to respond.
Continually updates and/or creates post orders as well as security policies & procedures.
· Assess and conduct training for security personnel and client staff.
Trains new security staff on post orders, site-specific policies & procedures, as well as current company policies and procedures.
Schedules, creates, and maintains training calendar for regular and recurring training(s), including drills to enhance the security teams' effectiveness, safety meetings, and new company and/or site policies & procedures.
Trains members of the client's staff up to and including senior management on specific duties as needed.
· Create and support strong relations with community partners, such as PAPD, MVPD, Federation, SCN, fellow JCC security directors, FBI, etc.
· Rigid monitoring of local, national, and international threat levels and adjusting staffing and procedures accordingly.
· Maintain close vigilance of campus visitors while supporting a welcoming and friendly demeanor
Monitors the greater community, both site-specific and surrounding areas, for potential threats.
Enhance security operations by constantly reviewing procedures, activities, training, and technology.
· Address concerns, complaints, and suggestions from security personnel, the client, and the public.
· Review reports, track activities, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
All other security functions as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
AS degree or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum 4+ years of security management experience.
Training or proven knowledge in report writing.
Military or law enforcement personnel are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to show an elevated level of discretion and professionalism.
Have strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and follow through to completion.
Ability to create and support a detailed security budget, interpret data to reflect trends, forecasts, etc.
Must have the ability and willingness to perform all regular security officer duties at the assigned site as needed.
Comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite; MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
