I currently serve as the CEO of the Family Office at Highgate Capital Investments.

Prior to joining Highgate, I served as a Senior Investment Specialist and Managing Director at the JP Morgan Private Bank in New York and Dallas (2009-2020). At JP Morgan, I provided wealth management advice and solutions for wealthy families, institutions, foundations and endowments.

I began my career as a capital markets and M&A attorney in the New York and London offices of Skadden, Arps (2003-2007) and an investment banker in Citi's M&A group in New York (2007-2009).

Robert Dann is a COO Highgate Select /Development at Highgate and is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. He has experience at Helmsley Hotels, Inter-Continental Hotels & Res, and Westin Hotels & Resorts and has worked as Executive VP at Boykin Management, Vice President operations at Meri Star Hotels & Resorts Inc, and Executive Vice President at Campus Crest Real Estate Management. Robert studied at University of Denver between 1979 and 1983.

Joseph attended University of Phoenix between 1995 and 1998, The American University, and Harvard University.

Skilled in Budgeting, HVAC, Building Maintenance, Microsoft Office, Leadership, Team Building, and Communication. Strong engineering professional with an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Facilities Engineering Technology from Triton College as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Corporate Communications from Eastern Illinois University.

"C-Suite" executive with industry experience in Hotels, Gaming, Distribution, Real Estate, Banking, Pro Sports, Entertainment and Business Development.I have a successful background as a CFO, COO and CAO. My experience includes accessing capital markets, strategic planning, business development, capital structure, M&A, reporting under the Securities and Exchange Commission, and compliance with regulatory, financial and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. I have been responsible for the operations, master planning, and design of integrated resort properties. In addition, I have organized and managed due-diligence and the integration of acquisitions. I have broad experience in developing and implementing key operational, strategic, tactical and financial initiatives, managing compliance and internal controls, maximizing operating efficiencies and reducing costs. During my career, I have held senior level and Board positions in public, private, and private equity owned companies across a broad range of industries. I have a Gaming License from the State of Nevada.
