Overview
Support General Manager in managing the Rooms, Food and Beverage, Financing, Sales and Marketing, and Repairs and Maintenance Departments to achieve the guest satisfaction scores, operating and financial goals of the owner. Act as General Manager in his/her absence when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in both rooms and FandB.

What You'll Do

What You'll Do

Overview
Supervise the implementation of all property and equipment preventive maintenance and repairs, monitor life safety systems and utilities and administer the department in compliance with all corporate/franchise standards and local, state, and national codes and regulations to protect assets, guests and associates. * Follows company preventative maintenance procedures and guidelines for guestrooms, equipment, public space, grounds, landscaping, and building envelop, etc.
* Maintains engineering related check book accounting procedures to ensure department operates with-in budgeted guidelines while maintaining required stock of supplies and materials.
* Effectively interview, supervise, train, manage performance, assign tasks and follows-up with engineering staff to ensure maximum productivity.
* Maintains accurate records and filing system to support RandM Budget, PM Programs, Capital Budget, Capital Projects, Life Safety Systems and Inspections, etc.

What You'll Do
As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll be responsible for inspecting and maintaining the cleanliness and physical condition of the hotel guest rooms, meeting rooms, hallways, and public areas. You'll maintain a positive and friendly attitude with all guests and other employees to act as the communicator and liaison between guests and cleaners.
Some of your responsibilities include:
Prepare inspection report with the status of all guest rooms at the beginning of the shift. This includes all guest requests, out of order rooms, and show rooms for the day.
Inspect all guest check-out rooms for cleanliness, appropriate guest amenities, and the correct working condition of room equipment.
Report any substandard conditions or damage of the guest room to the Housekeeping department.
Evaluate room cleaners on their job performance according to the hotel standards. When necessary, take appropriate action (retraining, etc.) to ensure they are performing at a high quality level.
Notify Front Desk of all vacant and clean rooms, completion of guest requests, and room status discrepancies.
The Front Desk will give you all room moves, late check-outs, and additional guest requests for appropriate follow-up action.
Answer the department telephone using friendly telephone etiquette.
You'll help guests with special requests, information, and status of Lost & Found items.
Check the hotel's PMS computer for information concerning room status and to enter updated room status.
Collect, log, and secure all lost and found items in a locked cabinet, room cleaners' assignment sheets, secure floor keys and office, lock office door.
Confirm the work schedule for the following day with room cleaners.
Complete a written report of all room statuses for the Front Desk.
File all daily reports in the file cabinet.
What You Bring
High School Diploma is preferred.
1 year of experience in customer service or similar role.
Housekeeping supervisory or related job experience is preferred.

Overview

Overview
Optimize room and catering revenue through the development and implementation of effective inventory management and pricing strategies. Monitor all distribution channels to ensure effective selling. Qualifications and Skills
At least five years revenue management experience, sales experience preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Administration, Business, Statistics, Marketing, Finance or relevant field of work preferred.
Strong analytical skills, ability to identify relevant data and use it to draw inferences with reference to impact on hotels revenues.
Ability to quickly adapt to a constantly changing market with a revenue positive effect.
Ability to use PMS, reservation and revenue management systems and Delphi systems to implement optimal strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strength in Word and Excel.
Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with supervisors, coworkers, public etc.

The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in an efficient and courteous manner within the complimentary breakfast area of a hotel.
Responsibilities
