Responsibilities * Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards. * Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including but not limited to, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up. * Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways. * Keep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed * Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day's use. * Replenish chemical bottles. * Report all missing items from room (i.e., irons/boards, hair dryers, etc.) to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager. * Report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager. * Handle items for "Lost and Found" according to the standards. * Ensure overall guest satisfaction. * Able to work the within the hours of 8am-7pm as scheduled by your manager. * Generally, the hours will be a variation of Monday - Saturday 8am-4:30pm / Sunday 9am-5:30pm. * Must be able to work any day of the week. Qualifications Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality, property management or healthcare is preferred. To be successful in this role, you need strong verbal and written communication skills. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 25 pounds. You must also be able to stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions. Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays.
