Medical Assistant Lead - Primary Responsibilities: Assist with patient de-escalation and service recovery using trauma-informed approaches Support onboarding, training, and orientation of MAs in partnership with Regional Operations Manager Provide feedback to Regional Operations Manager and help identify training gaps or workflow issues Support with MA recruitment and participate in back-office meetings, huddles, and staff meetings Support with vaccine management, including monthly reporting Generate, review, and help act on relevant back-office reports as requested Champion site level process improvement initiatives and help update training materials or knowledge guides Facilitate routine clinic tasks such as stocking, inventory, transporting equipment, and ordering supplies Perform other duties as assigned by Regional Operations Manager or Site Leadership Facilitate site-level infection prevention compliance.
