Content Distribution Analysis: Develop, execute, and analyze content distribution strategies to ensure maximum reach and engagement, verifying alignment with client marketing standards and performance targets.
Budget Management & Forecasting: Partner with the VP of Brand to meticulously manage marketing budgets and forecasts. Your focus will be on maintaining effective financial control and ensuring that programs operate efficiently within designated budgetary constraints.
Marketing Technology Optimization: Effectively leverage and optimize cutting-edge CRM, E-commerce, and Automated Lead Generation Systems (ex. Hubspot) to maximize output and achieve high Marketing Return on Investment (MROI).
Performance Tracking & Optimization (Data Analysis): Establish and rigorously track key performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns. Proactively identify data-driven areas for improvement, A/B testing, and optimization to enhance overall effectiveness.
ROI Modeling & Growth Strategy: Determine and establish ROI metrics for all initiatives. Develop and implement strategies based on performance data to significantly grow ROI and drive sales.
Best Practice Application: Research, uncover, and apply marketing best practices and methodologies to ensure the most effective and efficient plans for attracting and retaining current/potential clients and top buyers.
Project and Calendar Oversight: Utilize proficient project management skills with tools like Monday.com to coordinate complex marketing projects. Oversee the precise creation and maintenance of the client marketing calendar entries.
Trend Management: Actively monitor and integrate the latest marketing trends, technologies, and analytical tools into existing frameworks to maintain a competitive edge.
Content Strategy & Alignment: Contribute to the development of engaging and relevant content, ensuring it is data-informed and adheres to brand messaging standards while directly addressing target audience interests
What You'll Bring:

Job Description
The Media Campaign Strategist is responsible for managing and optimizing digital and print advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with team goals and maximizing digital revenue for Cox First Media. This role requires a highly organized self-starter who can prioritize tasks efficiently and translate sales data accurately across systems. Key responsibilities include overseeing campaign fulfillment, strategy, and optimization, maintaining workflow synergy, and delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external clients. The strategist must streamline processes, ensure accuracy, and adapt to a fast-paced environment, supporting team success through effective collaboration and detailed campaign management.
This is primarily a hybrid role, with the person in this role working in-office 2-3 days a week and working remotely the rest of the time. Candidates must live within an hour of Dayton, OH to be considered for this role.
Responsibilities:
· Manage the entire lifecycle of digital and print campaigns across various platforms, including Social, SEO/SEM, Programmatic, and Email Marketing
· Responsible for organization, process maintenance, entry, and optimization of digital and print components in campaigns using vendor platforms
· Coordinate campaign and ad order entry, billing processes, and maintain accurate campaign records for internal tracking and client reporting
· Facilitate campaign reporting by accessing and managing data within designated marketing and analytics platforms

Education & Business Experience:
· High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level of degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience; or 5 years of experience in a related field
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
· Standard knowledge of digital tactics specifically in strategy, trafficking, troubleshooting and managing campaign tracking and measurement
· Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, with familiarity in Google Ad Manager, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and the ability to learn several internal systems
· Self-starter with strong organizational and analytical abilities with the flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment

As an Assigned Accounts Estimating & Takeoff Product Specialist (PS), you will increase sales revenue and market development for Autodesk's preconstruction products, in particular the estimating and takeoff technologies. This includes newly developed products and products attained through acquisitions, or existing products not yet established within internally defined industry segments and existing sales channels. You will establish these products within the Autodesk portfolio, growing them within the defined territory, and fulfilling the strategic objectives of the product line to achieve yearly financial targets and business objectives.
You will partner with internal account teams and Autodesk partners in the North American Named Accounts segment as a technical sales resource to present the technical capabilities of Autodesk's estimating and takeoff technologies to customers. You will also drive full-cycle sales of those technologies with customers directly. You will need an in-depth understanding of customers' challenges and how those challenges can be solved with Autodesk's preconstruction technologies.
This is a remote role open to candidates based in the United States and will report into the Product Specialists Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
In partnership with your assigned account teams in the North American Named Accounts, develop and implement a strategic plan that aligns with customer business initiatives, and establishes and grows the assigned products within the assigned territory
You will align with internal Autodesk sales teams and resellers to grow opportunity pipeline within the territory
Adopt solutions-oriented selling tactics to, through robust discovery, document current customer workflows, uncover pains with current processes, and map solutions to those pains to ultimately build trust with customers and align with their business initiatives
Conduct discovery, solutions mapping, and product capability demos to end-users and C-suite executives at customer accounts, both in person and virtually
You will lead product vision and roadmap discussions with customers to convey Autodesk's vision for future development of its preconstruction products, and provide regular feedback to the product, industry and strategic marketing teams on assigned product(s)
You will deliver an accurate forecast of product line business in the specified territory
Minimum Qualifications
You have 5+ years of direct sales, technical sales, or preconstruction experience in the industry
While travel is not required, you would be open to traveling up to 20% of the time
You have a record of measurable success in previous roles
You have strong active-listening and story-telling ability
You can think strategically to develop a business plan, while also possessing the ability to put tactical steps in place to get there
You can easily distill complex workflows and craft simple solutions for multiple audiences
You're an overall genuine person and team player who's passionate about moving the industry forward

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $148,000 and $214,170. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location and may exceed this range.
