 Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 


 
 Assist floater operators with filling and other needs that may help maximize actual application time throughout the day.
 
 
 Responsible for reading gauges or meters and records quantity loaded and unloaded.
 
 
 Complies with US DOT drug or breath alcohol testing requirements, the Agtegras; Drug Free Workplace Policy, OSHA regulations, and the Agtegra Vehicle Policy and Fleet Safety Program.
 
 
 Completes chemical logs accurately and efficiently.
 
 
 Monitors equipment for fertilizer or chemical leaks; immediately cleans up any spills of product.

Due to expanding the Feedyard we are looking for several individuals to join our team. Said person needs to work well with others, be self-motivated, be organized, and also be able to adapt to changing situations.
 
Duties will include any of the following but not limited to,


 -operation of feeding equipment (feed truck operator, feed loader operator, feed mill supervisor)


 -operation of manure management equipment (manure loader operator, manure spreader operator, manure truck operator)


 -able to drive a semi-truck


 - have general maintenance knowledge of equipment (grease, oil changes, minor repairs)


 - have the ability to find, diagnose, and treat unwell animals


 -any welding and minor manufacturing skills would be a plus but not necessary.


 Prior experience in any of the above fields would be great, but we are willing to train the person that wants to become profecient in these skills and who also wants to be a team member. We work on average a 40-50 hour, 5 day work week. You will be required to work every other weekend, which are only half days and then every other weekend off. We rotate holidays so that you only have to work every other one, also half days. We are very flexible with time off and also scheduling in time that you will need to be gone. We operate very well maintained late model equipment and we strive to take care of it, and there is plenty of equipment to complete the jobs at hand. We are fast paced workers that like to show up, get the work done, and go home to our families. This job will be a full-time position with possibility of housing and or moving assistance depending on your individual situation. Health benifits will be discussed upon interview.

Elevator Worker- Harrold, SD
 
 
This is a full-time, hourly position based in Harrold, SD.
 
 
Job Responsibilities:
 
 
Potential assignments may include, but are not limited to:
 
 
* Load/unload trucks &amp; Railcars
 
* Operate forklifts, skid steers, grain dryers, and similar equipment
 
* Utilize computerized system to process data
 
* General maintenance &amp; housekeeping duties (i.e. - clean equipment and/or buildings)

+ 45 hours per week with the exception of work created due to unpreventable events.
 
 
**Harvest**
 
 
Can last 6 to 10 weeks both in July and Fall.
 
 
While receiving high volumes 12 hour shift rotations can be assigned throughout the week Mon thru Friday. Saturday or Sunday hours will also be required through the harvest season with at least one scheduled day off each work week.
