Responsibilities * Design life safety and asset protection systems using AutoCAD and proprietary software applications * Update existing drawings * Direct contractors in proper system installation and operation * Survey job sites to ensure proper system design and installation * Assist in system startups and commissioning * Assist with system inspection and maintenance * Create project specific operation and maintenance manuals * Assist office staff with engineering related tasks * Attend manufacturer training classes Qualifications List minimum requirements for education, experience, and proficiencies * Proficient knowledge of AutoCAD 2D drafting * Understanding of MS Office applications * Good organizational skills * Able to communicate technical information * Desire to learn industry standards * Willingness to study for and obtain NICET certification Benefits and Compensation This role will be based out of our Harrison, OH branch.
