Ministry Program The Physical Therapy Assistant Provides clinical physical therapy treatments for program participants on acute, restorative and maintenance levels as needed. Follows the treatment plan as per Registered Physical Therapist assessment and documented care plan. QUALIFICATIONS: A graduate from a physical therapist assistant curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association. Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Colorado. Minimum of one-year experience working with the frail or elderly population required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Perform physical therapy treatments and related duties as may be delegated by the physical therapist. Communicate Participant's changes and progress per treatment plan on a regular basis to Registered Physical Therapist. Maintain proper documentation according to state, federal PACE regulations. Maintain proper records according to PACE policy and procedures. Perform and record, if required, as specified by the planned treatment program, non-evaluative on-going data: Measurements of vital signs, range of motion, strength and linear increments; Types of assistive mobility devices used, and the distances covered; Results of tests and evaluations performed by the registered physical therapist. Respond to psych-social support needs of the participant and/or the participant's family. Communicate appropriately and effectively with all personnel and to document according to professional standards. Keep timely records, meet regularly with the Registered Physical Therapist and attend care conferences as requested. Participate in patient care conferences and other rehabilitation related meetings as appropriate. Communicate with Registered Physical Therapist and IDT members regarding patient progress, problems and plans. Participate in in-service training programs for all staff in the facility. Instruct participant and family members and nursing staff in restorative and therapeutic maintenance programs. Abides by regulations pertaining to PACE as established by Federal and State Agencies and the Volunteers of America Health Facilities policies. Attends required in-services & completes assigned online modules. Perform other duties as assigned. You will be supporting a large store refresh initiative where you will be providing phone and back-end support (decommission, installs, provisioning, etc.) to onsite technicians. Individuals should possess a background within technical support/help desk, and be comfortable with troubleshooting networks, systems/servers, and mobile devices. This is a very large project tied to the conversion of Speedway's old store systems to the new 7-11/Speedway system called RIS 2.0 that is being rolled out as the store system standard across all locations. Both are homegrown systems. This initiative is affecting every technology in the stores...mobile checkout, POS, desktop, gas etc. These analysts are responsible for the hands on work and switching over from the old system to the new system. Fielding calls and doing the end to end implementation. Ideally closing the store and completing within 4-6 hours. Right now they are implementing RIS 2.0 to about 6 stores a day right now but need to get to 12 a day stat These are high level tech support roles so the technical acumen has to be there. Key Responsibilities Manage and track sample requests for stores, ensuring all deadlines are met and information is accurate. Support in creating and processing CADs as needed for presentations and production packages. Assist with recoloring prints and artwork to build out colorways and line extensions. Coordinate sending screens and fabrics out for printing, monitoring status and timing. Handle shipments of fabrics and trims for dyeing, ensuring instructions and details are clear. Maintain consistent communication with import factories to support timely product development. Receive and check in all fabrics and trims; assign and track codes so materials are clearly identified and easy to locate. Provide general support for day-to-day Design Room operations and special projects as needed.
