I like to be in a truck I like to work by myself and manage my own situation but I’m solid on company policies
Not really too much. Did I not like I do think a lot of the management positions was decided on the golf course but I stayed in entry-level management as a route, salesman manager, or routes manager.
Just love the people and the customers I really enjoyed being the milkman. I did it for 30 years and was known by most people in the town of Saint Joe Missouri .
Steady work and decent pay depending on the market,
No handbook. No rules, everything is word of mouth and hearsay.
Retirement grows faster than the company they bought us from! But is half of what we were told.(still better than previous!)
