Sailor was named president and chief executive officer in January 2016 after serving as executive vice president and chief financial officer since April 2014. Prior to joining Enable, Sailor was senior vice president and chief financial officer at WPX Energy. He served as vice president and treasurer for The Williams Companies and assisted in the formation of two master limited partnerships. Throughout his 27-year career at Williams, Sailor served in leadership positions focused on corporate finance, strategic planning and development, accounting and international finance.

Georgiopoulos was affiliated with Mallory Jones Lynch & Associates an oil tanker brokerage firm. From 1987 to 1990, Peter C. Georgiopoulos was an investment banker at Drexel Burnham Lambert. Prior to entering the investment banking business, Peter C. Georgiopoulos had extensive experience in the sale, purchase and chartering of vessels while working for ship-owners in New York and Piraeus Greece. Peter C. Georgiopoulos is a member of the American Bureau of Shipping. Peter C. Georgiopoulos holds an MBA from Dartmouth College.

Jason Pigott joined Laredo in June 2019 and currently serves as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director. Mr. Pigott has more than 20 years of experience in the energy exploration and production industry, most recently serving as Executive Vice President - Operations and Technical Services for Chesapeake Energy where he led all drilling and completions operations, digital operations, supply chain and land efforts. Prior to joining Chesapeake in 2013, he was with Anadarko Petroleum for 14 years, serving in positions of increasing responsibility, focused primarily on onshore unconventional play development in the Eagle Ford Shale, Haynesville Shale, Delaware Basin and various tight-sand plays in East Texas. Mr. Pigott holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler School of Business.

Michael N. Mears currently serves as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer and has served in such capacities since 2011. He was previously Chief Operating Officer from 2007 to 2011. From 2002 to 2007, he served as VP, Transportation and then as SVP, Terminals and Transportation from 2007 until 2008. Prior to joining Magellan in 2003, Mr. Mears served as a VP of subsidiaries of Williams from 1996 to 2003. He also worked in various management positions with Williams Pipe Line Company (now known as Magellan Pipeline Company, L.P.) since joining Williams in 1985.
