Overview: Responsible for producing new 401(k) and other employer sponsored retirement plan sales, and for client retention and strengthening existing client/plan relationships, in accordance with the practices, policies and procedures of the Company. This position will also have the opportunity to engage in individual insurance, wealth management sales and develop group benefit relationships. Responsibilities: Producer - Retirement and Wealth Management: Develop sales strategies consistent with overall goals and business objectives for the firm. Track and maintain sales goals, identify cross-selling opportunities, and employ consultative sales process. Maintain sales funnel; track new prospects and review incoming prospective plans. Follow up on new leads or warm prospects as identified by advisor; use lead advisor to close plans, as necessary.
