The Material Handler Lead supervises and coordinates the activities of material handlers to ensure the efficient, accurate, and safe movement and storage of materials within the warehouse or distribution center. This hands-on role includes overseeing receiving, storing, staging, and distributing materials, while also managing inventory and maintaining records. The hours for the Material Handler Lead role are 6:30am-3pm.

Qualifications
Microsoft Excel: 2-3 years of experience
Warehouse Management System (WMS): 2-3 years of experience
Reach Truck Operation: 5 years of hands-on experience
Supervisory Experience: 5 years of team leadership in a warehouse environment
Stand-Up Reach Truck: 2-3 years of operation experience.

This position is responsible for ensuring consistent quality by utilizing and implementing quality system processes by inspecting, testing and sampling of raw materials, work in process and finished goods.

+ Perform process inspections and show records for each process running and quality of products produced. 80% of your time will be on the production floor performing quality audits and evaluating the quality of each item produced to meet the customer's (internal and external) required specifications.

**Role**

+ Knowledge and experience with operating Bobst Die Cutters 145 and 162.
+ Responsible for press make ready: adjust press to accommodate for new product sheets being cut (set feeder, lock up die, set stripper, blanker, and delivery).

Mission:

**JOB FUNCTIONS:** _Job functions include but are not limited to the following._
+ Assist the Engineering Department in managing improvement projects to meet facility goals
+ Review procedures, analyze data, and implement sustained process improvements

We are seeking a MIG/TIG Welder specializing in steel and aluminum welding to join our dynamic team.
