Specific Responsibilities Lease Operator I is responsible for gauging, reporting, maintaining and operating properties on a daily basis, using the skills he/she possesses to maximize production while maintaining the beliefs and core values of Apache Corporation. Gauge production on assigned wells, and report gauge readings, downtime and other pertinent well information to district office. Perform lease maintenance such as minor surface pump and production equipment repairs and adjustments; trim weeds, clean up trash, etc.; change stuffing boxes, grease pumping units, service lease equipment, etc. Note problems and/or recommend courses of actions to supervisor in order to decrease costs and increase production. Assist in witnessing meter calibrations; monitor rates and pressures on injection and disposal wells; make necessary adjustments; monitor chemical use; shoot fluid levels as required and test safety systems daily to maximize daily production. Assist with downhole pump changes, tubing replacement, etc. on artificially lifted wells; assist with pump and compressor maintenance such as oil changes, obtaining oil sample for analysis, pulling compressor valves, tests and repairs. Perform work in a manner that ensures the secure and environmentally safe operation of all wells and leases for which pumper is responsible. Conduct other tasks as required by supervisor which are unique to the assigned geographic area. Specific Responsibilities The Corporate Security Technical Specialist is responsible for the design, programming, integration, and ongoing management of the company's physical security technology systems, with a strong focus on Access Control and Video Management Systems (VMS). This role will serve as a technical expert and field specialist, supporting enterprise-level security platforms, coordinating installations, and providing hands-on technical and operational support across multiple corporate and field locations. In addition to technical responsibilities, the specialist will support broader corporate security functions, including executive protection (EP), employee escorts, investigations, site security assessments, and assist the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC). This position requires periodic travel to various company sites to perform system maintenance, support new installations, conduct site surveys, and assist with operational security needs. Specific Responsibilities The Well Operations Technician is a technical position that is responsible for the optimization of all wells through its entire life cycle, from flowback to Plug & Abandonment. This position is expected to become an expert on all forms of surface operations and downhole artificial lift, including Rod Pump, ESP, Plunger Lift, Gas Lift, PAGL, Intermittent Lift, Jet Pump, and Progressive Cavity Pump. * Communicate with the engineering team to choose the correct forms of artificial lift, troubleshoot wells, test new forms of technology, and minimize failure rates. * Lead failure meetings to identify root causes and improvement opportunities with cross-function team of engineering, workover, chemical and lease operator representatives. * Install calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair pump off controllers, radios, and drives. * Troubleshoot problem wells using multiple tools and techniques both in the field and computer. * Thorough familiarity with all configuration and inspection of rod pumps, including annual pumping unit inspections and repairs. * Troubleshoot all forms of artificial lift through personal knowledge or external resources. * Work with a multi-disciplined team to complete maintenance on well pad surface equipment. * Perform artificial lift design using Rodstar. * Complete failure analysis on wells before turning over to engineering. * Coordinate with workover team during well intervention. * Operate and perform minor repairs on model D and E Echometers. * Demonstrate proficiency with PC based computer applications including but not limited to MS Office applications, Cygnet, TAM, OFM, Avocet, XBal. * Assist in evaluation of chemical programs, maintaining consistent communication with the chemical team. * Supervise crews and cranes on pumping unit moves and repairs. * Attend pump teardowns and work with pump shops, engineering and the chemical team to complete Root Cause Failure Analysis on all downhole equipment failure. * Mentor lease operators on troubleshooting wells and issues at the facilities. * Handle all regulatory matters including handling the H-5s, H-15s, and MITs * Supervise well stimulations and smaller intervention work including wireline, slickline, swabbing units. * Handle miscellaneous jobs as needed, including flowback, data integrity reviews, hot watering, and temporary assistant foreman duties. • Coordinate and provide environmental technical support to field operations, engineering, & regulatory personnel • This position is an experienced level position that manages environmental compliance from conception to completion and requires strong communication skills • Perform job functions independently and able to manage task assignment and completion with limited supervision Essential Job Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental regulations, permits, authorizations, and agreements. Provide knowledge and expertise across all environmental media and programs, including Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, National Environmental Policy Act, and applicable waste management requirements. Participate in the project planning and development through all stages to facilitate communication of project impacts between all stakeholders. Familiar with state and federal air compliance permitting/programs (Title V, MACT, NESHAP, etc) Manages consultants as required in the development of specialized permitting (air, water, waste) Coordinates routine compliance inspections with operations for air permits and participates in external audits as required Maintains files for air permits and compliance reporting Serves as a member of the company's emergency response team and be involved in the spill management program. Investigates accidents to ascertain causes for use in recommending preventive safety measures, corrective actions, and developing safety program. Other Job Responsibilities: Develop tools and templates to manage the collection of environmental compliance information Ability to be available 24hrs per day (on call questions, emergencies, etc) Files and maintains regional Tier II reports Familiar with SPCC plans and implement SPCC program at regional level Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications: 3+ years related work experience in an environmental specialist/compliance role is typical for this position, but years in the position is not as relevant as the application of knowledge and experience Preferred: Oil & Gas, Petro Chemical, or midstream experience Experience in use and function of office equipment including computers and applicable software Experience interacting, advising, negotiating, and communicating effectively Knowledge of: state and federal environmental regulations and standards and their applicability to operations Ability to: analyze, research, compile, and prepare permit applications, logs, reports, and correspondence and company responses to agency requests Ability to: evaluate, research, and interpret governmental regulations, equipment performance manuals, regulatory agency guidance and instructions, reports, correspondence, and company policies and procedures Ability to: apply math, algebraic formulas, calculus, and statistics Ability to: communicate and/or exchange information Ability to: communicate effectively through the development of written communication that applies fundamental technical writing skills Ability to: operate tools and equipment required Ability to: collect environmental field samples (air, water, and waste) for analysis Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or higher in an environmental science/engineering and/or related technical discipline or equivalent combination of formal education and job related experience Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: None required
