1997 John Hill Construction began in 1997 with the focus of building homes on scattered lots, additions, and remodels.
2002 John served on the Storm Water Advisory Committee for the City of Loveland and assisted in the implementation of Federally Mandated standards for storm water control.
2003 John served on the board of trustees for the Loveland Area Chamber of Commerce.
2007 Built the Joanne Richardson Library for the Loveland Historical Society.
The Hill Group proudly celebrated its 75th anniversary in 2011.
2011 The Loveland Area Chamber of Commerce Awarded John Hill Construction with the “5 Under 5” Award.
Shortly after its establishment, Hills Construction in 2015 began the building works of Ashgar Darna compound in Maadi that include MEP & utilities, roads, commercial buildings, sporting club and clinics.
2015 John and Patti’s son Ben, graduated from College and joined the business as Assistant Superintendent.
Hills Construction in beginning of 2016 added the services of finishing to help households get their homes ready for living with a very high quality finishes and in a shorter period of time.
In 2016, Hills Construction began working in the New Cairo compound of Trio Gardens that includes residential units, villas, roads, landscaping areas, shopping malls and a sporting club.
2016 Ben Hill is promoted to New Home Superintendent and Alan Johnson joins the company as Remodeling Superintendent.
Following the success of residential compounds, Hills Construction in 2017 extended the works with commercial projects.
After a successful period of making fast track projects, Hills Construction in 2018 had the honor to work on the renovation of intelligence building and facilities.
As Hills Construction became one of the biggest finishing firms in Egypt, it was chosen to plan, design, make, finish and decorate offices of big NGOs in 2019.
