1997 John Hill Construction began in 1997 with the focus of building homes on scattered lots, additions, and remodels.
2002 John served on the Storm Water Advisory Committee for the City of Loveland and assisted in the implementation of Federally Mandated standards for storm water control.
2003 John served on the board of trustees for the Loveland Area Chamber of Commerce.
2007 Built the Joanne Richardson Library for the Loveland Historical Society.
The Hill Group proudly celebrated its 75th anniversary in 2011.
