The pros of working at HCMHDD are instant. You become part of a supportive team with top tier training and resources. You are guided in growth and development every step of the way with timely check ins. There is always room to branch out and contribute to this wonderful organization.
A con of working at HCMHDD is well staffed facilities mean we don't always have opportunities for those eager to join the organization. As we grow, we will have more opportunities.
My favorite perk/benefit is ongoing support with work/life balance. Person centered thinking and self care are essential in the foundation of who we are and what we do.
What I like best about the leadership team is their desire to be informed and in collaborative communication at all times. They institute change and development to support the needs of our team and consumers in an ever changing world.
I would improve the company culture by reminding leaders in all roles, we are most successful as a large, dynamic team. I would encourage them to reach beyond their four walls for resources and support.
I prepared for the interview with confidence in a life time of experience.
In my experience, my compensation at HCMHDD is comparable to my peers in the same role across many industries.
The representation of diverse demographics within the organization speaks to a genuine investment in providing the best people and services to support individuals and the community.
Personally, the most fulfilling part of my work at HCMHDD is making meaningful connections with my peers, community liaisons, consumers and individuals I just met.
