AECOM is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Wayfinding Planner & Designer to join our multi-disciplinary Urbanism + Planning practice. Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in industrial design, graphic design, environmental graphic design, architecture, urban design, or a related field and 6+ years of professional experience in wayfinding, environmental graphic design, or signage design.
* Experience with wayfinding principles, human-centered design, and spatial navigation.
* Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
* Experienced knowledge of signage materials, fabrication methods, and installation processes.
Preferred Qualifications

The Water Business Line of AECOM is actively seeking a creative, talented Construction Engineering Professional (Site Representative - Water-Wastewater), with a focus on water and wastewater construction engineering experience in our Orlando office. This role within AECOM offers an exciting opportunity to support the Water design teams in Central Florida by working with different teams to complete a variety of projects that involve water and wastewater networks, project design and construction services.

AECOM is seeking a dynamic Capture Manager (CM) to support the East Region Water Business Line (WBL) in our South/Southeast Operations (NC/SC/GA/TN/FL). The successful candidate will lead pursuit capture and proposal development throughout AECOM's East Region.
The Capture Manager (CM) is predominately responsible for (1) strategy development and (2) capture planning and win strategies for business opportunities within the Southeast Region for the WBL Practice. The CM will be responsible for identifying the resources needed to pursue a business opportunity, proposal capture strategies, building value propositions, strategy development, and interview preparation. Additionally, the CM will manage the transition from business opportunity through proposal development and interview. The CM will be expected to have some familiarity with services provided in the Water sector and AECOM's client types in order to be conversant in water industry terminology. The CM would also support WBL leadership and the Strategic Growth Initiatives (SGI).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure that the pursuit is getting the proper attention, priority, and funding as well as identify the pursuit team with defined roles
Support legal, risk and contract reviews
Oversee Readiness to Win process including presentations with the senior WBL leadership and Office of Growth, as required
Promote teamwork, maintain positive morale and instill a creative culture within the team
Lead the creation, management and distribution of targeted in-depth information and analysis of assigned opportunities (i.e. prepositioning, capture planning, green light analysis, etc.)

This position will be responsible for the application of the recently developed statewide tour-based model along with the application of regional travel demand models. The job duties include fulfillment of model enhancement, data updates, code maintenance, and project application requests for innovative toll project evaluations while contributing to a multidisciplinary team specializing in planning, economic feasibility analysis and design of toll roads.
**Primary Functions:**
The Transportation Engineer/Planner will utilize skills and experience to create and update model data, code towards the project application using the following programs / modeling platforms: Visum, TransCAD, QGIS, R, and Python software, as well as use of Generative AI (LLMs or Chatbots).
The Engineer/Planner will work to assemble and prepare data for model validation and long-range future year travel forecasts; model validation to required accuracy standards; development of forecasts for toll road projects; and documentation of results. As part of the model design, the Engineer/Planner will use QGIS/ArcGIS with related database development and application skills, along with SQL/Python/R or other programming languages. Position will also utilize analytical skills for research on design, data development, and statistical analyses to address perceived model shortcomings and recommend an improved modeling approach.

* Professional Engineering (PE) license in Florida.

Job Description
AECOM is seeking a dynamic Capture Manager (CM) to support the East Region Water Business Line (WBL) in our South/Southeast Operations (NC/SC/GA/TN/FL). The successful candidate will lead pursuit capture and proposal development throughout AECOM's East Region.
The Capture Manager (CM) is predominately responsible for (1) strategy development and (2) capture planning and win strategies for business opportunities within the Southeast Region for the WBL Practice. The CM will be responsible for identifying the resources needed to pursue a business opportunity, proposal capture strategies, building value propositions, strategy development, and interview preparation. Additionally, the CM will manage the transition from business opportunity through proposal development and interview. The CM will work with Client Account Managers to develop capture strategies and manage timelines to meet and exceed yearly sales targets for the Practice. The CM will be expected to have some familiarity with services provided in the Water sector and AECOM's client types in order to be conversant in water industry terminology. The CM would also support WBL leadership and the Strategic Growth Initiatives (SGI).
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Ensure that the pursuit is getting the proper attention, priority, and funding as well as identify the pursuit team with defined roles
* Support legal, risk and contract reviews
* Oversee Readiness to Win process including presentations with the senior WBL leadership and Office of Growth, as required
* Promote teamwork, maintain positive morale and instill a creative culture within the team
* Lead the creation, management and distribution of targeted in-depth information and analysis of assigned opportunities (i.e. prepositioning, capture planning, green light analysis, etc.)
* Develop, in cooperation with the team, proposal themes and messages, including differentiators and innovation
* Assist in setting proposal pricing based on scope, duration, and skills required
* Serve as the customer advocate during reviews to bring the voice of the customer into planning and strategy sessions

* Demonstrated and proven experience in water/wastewater treatment, pumping stations, collection and distribution systems, climate resiliency, and client/consultant relations for capture management and pursuits

Job Description
AECOM is seeking a talented Transportation Engineer or Transportation Planner to work on a team supporting our contract with Florida's Turnpike Enterprise located in Ocoee, Florida.
This position will be responsible for the application of the recently developed statewide tour-based model along with the application of regional travel demand models. The job duties include fulfillment of model enhancement, data updates, code maintenance, and project application requests for innovative toll project evaluations while contributing to a multidisciplinary team specializing in planning, economic feasibility analysis and design of toll roads.
Primary Functions:
The Transportation Engineer/Planner will utilize skills and experience to create and update model data, code towards the project application using the following programs / modeling platforms: Visum, TransCAD, QGIS, R, and Python software, as well as use of Generative AI (LLMs or Chatbots).
The Engineer/Planner will work to assemble and prepare data for model validation and long-range future year travel forecasts; model validation to required accuracy standards; development of forecasts for toll road projects; and documentation of results. As part of the model design, the Engineer/Planner will use QGIS/ArcGIS with related database development and application skills, along with SQL/Python/R or other programming languages. Position will also utilize analytical skills for research on design, data development, and statistical analyses to address perceived model shortcomings and recommend an improved modeling approach.
Qualifications
Minimum:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Urban Planning or related field
* 4 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or educatiobn
* Knowledge of the principles, practices, and objectives of transportation planning applications, specifically the disaggregate choice demand modeling such as Tour-based, Activity-Based Models and route choice modeling in Micro-simulation and Macro-Dynamic Traffic Assignment (macro DTA);
* Programming and scripting experience with at least two of the following: C++ (preferred), JAVA, Pascal, and scripting languages such as Python(preferred), Rscript (preferred);
* Proficient using development environments Eclipse and Visual Studio including use of AI to assist in code development and debugging;
* Knowledge of travel demand modeling software, such as Cube, TransCAD, and Visum (preferred);
* Knowledge of choice models, development, and application to travel demand, use of econometrics in estimating demand models from survey data;
* Knowledge of GIS and database analysis including developing scripts to process data in and out of GIS files or automated routines in QGIS / ArcGIS.
* Experience utilizating advanced techniques with modification and extension of theories, precepts, and practices of planning sciences, data sciences (preferred) and related disciplines;
* Experience with Cloud technologies, Web Apps is helpful along with version control software like GitHub and Subversion but not a must have requirement.
Preferred:
* Proficient in technical writing skills and verbal communication abilities to present modeling results for various stakeholders (clients, TRB or IBTTA conferences, model user groups).
* Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Urban Planning or related field
