Pros of working at Hillrom

The office environment is demoralizing with the low cubical walls and the IT Management keeps shifting every 3 years making major changes without anything ever being finished. The only good think I can find is the 401K plan is very good

Cons of working at Hillrom

Work hours Management is very disconnected between departments and many times changes are made just dumping excessive workloads on other departmens
