This company is the worst. They don’t care about their employees at all. They like to talk about employee wellness but don’t hesitate to overwork their employees.

This company is the worst. They don’t care about their employees at all. They like to talk about employee wellness but don’t hesitate to overwork their employees. They are decreasing/discontinuing any of the good and unique benefits they used to offer. They have not given any cost of living increases at all and their raises are a joke. Their is such a disconnect between their employees and HR /management. So sad to see what this company has become.
