Hill Ward Henderson Leadership

Jeanie joined Hill Ward Henderson in 2000. She previously served as Recruiting and HR Manager, Director and then Senior Director before taking on the role of Chief Administrative Officer in 2016. As CAO, Jeanie oversees the efforts of the firm in the areas of business development and marketing, professional development, recruiting, human resources and operations. She works with the firm's Management Committee, administrative leadership team and other firm committees to execute initiatives in line with firm strategy and philosophy.

Prior to joining Hill Ward Henderson, Jeanie practiced law for five years at a full-service law firm in the Midwest. Her practice focused primarily on employment issues and general commercial litigation.

Jeanie has served as President, Vice President and Treasurer of the Tampa Bay Legal Recruiters Association. She has spoken at national conferences and at law schools on various topics related to employment law and recruiting, and has been published in the National Association for Law Placement’s monthly professional publication.

Over the years Jeanie has been active in various charitable and civic organizations. Currently she serves on the Board of Trustees of her child's school, where she chaired the Strategic Planning Committee and served on the Head of School Search Committee.

In her free time, Jeanie enjoys reading, golf, University of Michigan sports and spending time with family.
