Description: Ensure all trucks and trailers are washed in a timely manner in accordance with all biosecurity procedures and guidelines. Involves working in wet conditions while bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting and climbing in and out of trailers repeatedly. Duties: * Proper cleaning and disinfecting of livestock trailers * Cleaning of pits and wash bays * Washing of clothes and towels * Communicate effectively with the Truck Wash Supervisor and other Wash and dry bay Staff * Follow all wash Standard Operating Procedures * Perform light duty maintenance as needed * Inform Truck Wash Supervisor of equipment issues * Suggest, plan, and implement Standard Operating Procedures * Assist in providing a safe work environment * Provide feedback to Truck Wash Supervisor * Assist Truck Wash Supervisor in ordering supplies to maintain appropriate inventory * Care and maintenance of equipment Qualifications: Position requires a minimum lifting ability of 50 lbs. Ideal candidates will be dependable, able to learn new tasks and follow directions, and work with minimal supervision. Position requires strong attention to detail.
