What should I have to be considered? Prior hospice or home health care experience preferred. LPN licensed in the state of Nebraska or compact state required. The MDS Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring patient charts for correct coding, electronically transmitting data in a timely manner and communicating with the Interdisciplinary Team to create and carry out patient treatment plans.
