Completes evaluations for referred individuals, utilizes appropriate tests and measures establishing a timely plan of care in compliance with departmental standards and federal and state regulations. Completes accurate charging of services and provides documentation to support the charges and provision of the therapy services. Manages each patient's plan of care effectively by timely interdisciplinary collaboration and communication with physician involvement as needed. Supervises, collaborates, and delegates appropriate care to assistants, techs, and other support personnel per federal and state regulations. What should I have to be considered?
