We are seeking a dedicated Med/Surg Telemetry RegisteredNurse for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering high-quality patient care in a telemetry setting.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit.
Monitor and interpret telemetry readings; respond to any abnormalities.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Document all care and patient interactions in compliance with organizational standards.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Minimum of 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
Current and valid Ohio state nursing license or compact state license.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate during orientation.
