General Job Description:
In this position, the Quality Technician performs dimensional and/or functional inspection on purchased materials and manufactured parts. Uses technical expertise and inspection instrumentation to verify conformance of materials/parts to prints, process sheets and specifications.

Perform first piece, in-process and final inspections
Provide inspection results to Quality Engineer for inclusion in PPAP's

Provide inspection support based on needs of Manufacturing and Engineering Managers
Maintain up to date documentation by completing all necessary paperwork i.e. in-process inspection records, signing off on travelers, 1st piece inspection tags, etc.
Perform basic training as required for operator or team leader for First-Piece and In-Process Inspection
Provide continuous feedback to the Assistant Quality Manager regarding quality, engineering and manufacturing-related issues
Suggest process improvements
Perform part and process related internal audits
Maintain QA Lab and equipment in clean, orderly condition
Special projects and assignments

Specific Duties:
Perform first piece, in-process and final inspections
Provide inspection results to Quality Engineer for inclusion in PPAP's
Understand cosmetic part requirements based on specific customer standards
Provide inspection support based on needs of Manufacturing and Engineering Managers
Maintain up to date documentation by completing all necessary paperwork i.e. in-process inspection records, signing off on travelers, 1st piece inspection tags, etc.
Perform basic training as required for operator or team leader for First-Piece and In-Process Inspection
Provide continuous feedback to the Assistant Quality Manager regarding quality, engineering and manufacturing-related issues
Suggest process improvements
Perform part and process related internal audits
Maintain QA Lab and equipment in clean, orderly condition
Special projects and assignments
Physical Requirements:
Regularly lifts and/or moves 25-50 pounds
Requires frequent reaching, handling and grasping
Requires occasional climbing of stairs, balancing, bending, crouching, fine manipulation and feeling

We provide therapeutic interventions focused on physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual functioning. Services are available to children, teens, and adults. Treatment plans are individualized to meet the needs of each client. Interventions include a variety of modalities including art, exercise, sports, games, music, swimming, animals, volunteering, dancing, gardening, etc.
Part-time and full-time positions are available in Indianapolis and the surrounding counties. Services are typically delivered in the client's home or in the community.
What you'll do
In this role, you will conduct assessments, write treatment plans, plan therapeutic interventions, facilitate individual or group interventions, document services daily, attend interdisciplinary team meetings, and document individual progress quarterly.
You will manage your caseload and schedule with support from department manager.
You will collaborate with team members to share community information, resources, and intervention techniques and strategies.
Required education and certifications
Bachelor's degree in therapeutic recreation, recreational therapy, or related field
Must be board certified CTRS through NCTRC or in the process of becoming certified
Valid driver's license and insurance

Salary:
The salary range is between $22-$24/hr depending on the experience.
