Day Time Shifts (7a-5p, 8a-6p)
3 days on, 2 days off on a rotating schedule
3-day weekends, EVERY OTHER WEEKEND OFF!
Company Vehicle to use during working hours.

Night Shifts, with (6-8) hours of PAID SLEEP TIME (5p-7a, 6p-8a)
No overnight "awake" - private or semi-private sleep areas are provided.

PAID TIME OFF:
Full-time employees start accruing time off after 90 days.
Employees with excellent attendance can use paid time off after only 6 months.

Responsibilities and Job Duties
Provide personal assistance, support, direction, care, and supervision to up to (4) clients in a smaller home-like environment.
Perform household tasks; cleaning, basic home related chores and assigned client care tasks throughout each shift.
Perform charting and documentation, medication assistance and monitoring for symptoms.
Prepare and serve (3) meals daily according to company menu. Prepare and submit food and supply order lists weekly.
Assist and supervise clients in learning Independent Living Skills.
Assist and direct clients in Activities of Daily Living.
Plan and participate in activities, plan weekly outings and crafts with clients in the home.
Work with the supervisory team to ensure compliance, safety and cleanliness in the home.
Work as a team with other direct care staff and supervisors.
Also looking for staff interested in Facility Leadership Positions:
Ensure facility operations, quality care and services, compliance and documentation
Responsible for ordering supplies, food, etc.
Assist clients in managing personal funds, manage household petty cash
Medication audits and medication oversight
Team leadership role
Mentor and train new staff
POSITION REQUIREMENT:
Must pass criminal background check
