Qualifications: Required: Graduate from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program. Must possess a current NJ State license. ARRT(R), ARRT(CT) certification and/or NMTCB Fusion Certification BLS certification required Preferred: Two years hospital experience as a staff technologist preferred. Scheduling Requirements: This is a full-time, 5x 8 hour shifts, days position 40 hours/week. Every 5th or 6th weekend required. On call is required. Will also have responsibilities at University Hospital and Plum St. Imaging Center on the New Brunswick Campus. All three buildings are connected by bridge. Essential Functions: • Abides by standards established by the hospital, state and federal regulatory agencies. • Accepts special assignments from supervisor and completes them on time. • Assists the nuclear physician with the implementation of special imaging procedures. • Assures that all tests are performed properly and test results are valid and accurate prior to the release of the patient. • Calibrates the dose calibrator and performs QC procedures on gamma cameras per departmental protocols and notifies the lead tech of any malfunctions/issues promptly. • Explains the procedure to the patient clearly including wait times and performs the procedure assuring maximum comfort to the patient. Obtains best possible images by using prescribed technical parameters and techniques. • Identifies the patients (both IP and OP) per hospital SOP before starting any procedure. • Performs all hot lab related functions such as receiving, using and discarding of Radio-pharmaceuticals following/applying vendor, departmental and DEP rules and regulations strictly.     The Senior Counsel, Global Commercial Legal - U.S. Market Access and Pricing is responsible for developing legal strategy and support for the Market Access organization, with a substantial focus on government price reporting. The Senior Counsel will report to the Associate General Counsel, Global Commercial Legal - U.S. Market Access and Pricing. This position will provide counsel on a broad range of legal, compliance, and regulatory issues, with a primary focus on federal price reporting, as well as the Anti‑Kickback Statute and the False Claims Act. Responsibilities Serve as counsel for our Government Price Reporting function concerning legal, regulatory, and compliance issues associated with federal government price reporting requirements. Serve as counsel for our U.S. Market Access and Pricing functions advising on price reporting, Anti‑Kickback Statute and False Claims Act matters. Provide strategic legal counsel to senior management on product pricing and access matters. Prepare, review, and negotiate complex government agreements. Provide legal advice and assistance for the development of policies and training, and conduct training. Resolve routine legal matters with direct supervision as needed from more experienced attorneys, and assist more experienced attorneys in resolving complex legal issues on cross‑functional projects. Develop deep knowledge of AbbVie's business and supported client areas, and keep abreast of changes in law that affect supported client areas. Resolve legal issues using negotiation skills and legal expertise. Advise legal department managers of project developments in a timely manner. Execute core job responsibilities in a timely manner. Help select and direction of outside counsel, define project objectives and manage project. Assigned matters may have direct impact on business activities and operations. Generally advise Managers and Directors. No direct department budget responsibility; must however operate within budget. Where necessary, develop budgets for assigned legal matters with supervision from more experienced attorneys. Qualifications Law degree from an ABA‑accredited law school and in good standing with the state bar of the jurisdiction in which your office will be located (or ability to gain licensure in that state). Minimum 7+ years of relevant legal experience, with previous pharmaceutical experience required. Proficiency in government price reporting requirements, including AMP, Best Price, ASP, and 340B, as well as federal health care program contracting (e.g. Medicaid, VA, etc.). Comfort taking on high‑visibility, high‑impact projects with strong communication skills. Demonstrated ability to independently identify practical legal solutions to complex and dynamic challenges, and to work effectively in high‑pressure, matrixed environments. Additional Information The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. Data Entry Technicians are responsible for the entry and processing of medication orders via the pharmacy's operating system. Responsibilities + Accurately enter and process medication orders in the pharmacy operating system to maintain efficient workflow and reduce prescription bottlenecks. + Review and process reorder requests to ensure timely medication availability. + Triage and sort incoming medication orders based on delivery deadlines and priority. + Process all new medication orders-including controlled substances, leave‐of‐absence orders, and customer‐specific fulfillment requests-within required delivery timelines. + Assist with the pulling, picking, and packaging of medications from designated storage areas, including prepack racks. + Prepack frequently used medications, apply labels, and store them appropriately during low‐volume periods. + Apply labels to blister cards, ensure accuracy through product scanning, and alert the pharmacist of any items that fail to scan properly. + Support the processing and proper disposal or recycling of returned medications in accordance with procedure. + Maintain clean, organized workstation areas and restock supplies as needed to support daily production. + Complete all tasks in full compliance with HIPAA regulations, state and federal laws, and current company policies and procedures. + Follow departmental guidelines for safety, attendance, dress code, and general operational standards. + Work overtime, weekends, and holidays when required to meet department needs. + Perform additional duties as assigned by pharmacy leadership.
