Job Description The Grounds Maintenance workers are key team members that perform different tasks to achieve a functional and pleasant outdoor and indoor environment. This position also includes parking lot attendant duties. Hilltop has multiple parking lots and maximizing the capacity of these lots on busy days will ensure we are utilizing our parking efficiently, while also ensuring roadways and turnarounds are open and free in case of emergency vehicles.
