Position Summary:
Hillwood Properties is looking to hire a Housekeeper to maintain one of our multifamily properties. This individual will be responsible for efficiently cleaning the apartment community's common areas and vacant apartments.
Responsibilities:
* Clean and maintain all common areas of the property, including the leasing office, clubhouse, fitness center, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and restrooms.
* Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new resident move-ins according to quality standards.
* Remove trash and debris from vacant units and dispose of properly.
* Assist the maintenance team with make-ready tasks and upkeep of apartment units as needed.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance shop, storage areas, and janitorial closets.
* Track and organize cleaning supply inventory; notify supervisor when reordering is needed.
* Report any observed maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, damage, or safety hazards) to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager promptly.
* Assist with set-up, clean-up, and support during resident events or functions.
* Deliver resident notices (e.g., inspection notices, community updates) to units as required.
* Ensure all cleaning practices meet safety, sanitation, and property appearance standards.
* Follow all company safety procedures, including proper use of cleaning agents and personal protective equipment.
* Work collaboratively and respectfully with maintenance, leasing, and management staff to uphold community standards.
* Perform additional duties as assigned by the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor to support property operations.

Hill Air is seeking an energetic and experienced Corporate Flight Attendant to join our Corporate Flight Department located at Love Field in Dallas, TX. A day in the life
Prologis is seeking a Director, Development for our Dallas, TX market for managing development activities for land and building developments including site pursuit, land due diligence, entitlement, design and construction of industrial / warehouse facilities. The position requires a high degree of energy, enthusiasm, outgoing personality, technical competence and professionalism. The position is preferred to reside in our Dallas office and interact daily with Prologis Development, Capital Deployment, and Market Operation teams.
Key responsibilities include:
* Work closely with capital deployment team members to execute pursuit projects as well as manage and deliver high profile BTS, extensive land development and complex inventory projects.
* Develop budgets, define risks and track costs, both hard and soft, for land, infrastructure, and building construction for both build-to-suit and speculative developments.
* Develop, tender and manage a variety of sizes of projects ranging from $100,000 to $50,000,000+ in development cost.
* Proactively lead and coordinate external jurisdictional entitlements and permits to meet internal and external customer requirements and project schedules.
* Lead a team of consultants and contractors to obtain the regional capital deployment goals and objectives.
* Respond to build-to-suit or leasing RFP's by establishing site plans and floor plans, proposed specifications, construction budgets, and schedules. Establish, plan, and participate in regularly scheduled development meetings to communicate the company's expectations and oversee the timely completion of milestones set forth in the each of the contemplated developments.
* Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction and exceed customer's expectations on each project.
* Research design, construction alternatives, and value engineering opportunities that will drive innovation in Prologis' developments without compromising functionality or life cycle costs.
Building blocks for success
Required:
* 7+ years' experience in a similar role working in the field of Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
* Experience in local industrial development, land municipal approvals, and construction.
* Ability to travel about 20% of the time within markets.
Preferred:
* Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering (Civil or Structural) is preferred, or equivalent experience.
* Combination of experience as project management with a general contractor/ A&E / owner representation preferred.
* A professional license (Engineer, Architect, etc.) is desirable but not required
* Computer proficiency: MS Project, Google Earth, ACAD viewer (in addition to general Microsoft tools).
* Experience on BIM projects is desirable but not required.
* Self-motivated and ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimal direction.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Promote a positive, can-do attitude with a real focus on Customer satisfaction, efficiency, and effectiveness.
* Experience with entitlement processes in the Dallas markets
Hiring Salary Range of: $151,200 - $189,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target & LTI) to be determined by the candidate's location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Position Overview:
Hillwood Energy is seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel with a strong background in the domestic oil and gas sector to join our growing team in Dallas or Fort Worth, Texas. Reporting to Hillwood Energy's General Counsel, this individual will serve as a strategic legal advisor to the executive team, providing counsel and support to Hillwood's domestic energy operations with a primary focus on oil and gas transactions, contracts, and land-related activities.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical legal expertise, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of the energy industry, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. There may also be opportunities to support international transactions as Hillwood's energy platform continues to expand.
Responsibilities:
* Provide legal counsel and transactional support for a broad range of domestic oil and gas matters, including upstream, midstream, and related infrastructure projects.
* Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of commercial agreements, including joint operating agreements, purchase and sale agreements, surface use agreements, transportation and marketing contracts, and other key energy-related documents.
* Advise and oversee personnel working on land activities, including title review, lease acquisition, mineral rights, and surface use issues.
