I wore dress shirt and dress pants. Researched what type of industry they were and knew if I was a good fit.

How does your compensation at Hillyard compare to the industry average?

Benefits are horrible. Healthcare is very expensive. Pto is average.

What's the diversity at Hillyard like?

The company was somewhat diverse. They had no problems hiring all ethnicities and genders.
