Essential Duties & Responsibilities

THE ROLE
The Server reports to Food + Beverage Leadership and works in a team environment with other F+B professionals, including bartenders, servers, dishwashers, cooks, and chefs. The Server is responsible for creating memorable guest experiences, and not being only an order-taker. They are responsible for the timely and friendly delivery of food and drinks. Job Summary
Server 2 serves as the lead in delivering exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, ensuring Invited's service standards are consistently upheld. Day to Day

• Ensure comprehensive knowledge of the à la carte menu and daily specials, and guide Server 1 team members in delivering exceptional service.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Server 1 staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with management to assign duties, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist fellow employees and lead by example, ensuring smooth communication and seamless service across the team.
