Career Growth, Yearly performance review which means that you get a raise yearly., Hilton Offers the cheapest employee discount towards hotel stay on top of it, some hotels specifically corporate managed you get 50% discount on food & beverage. They are big on recognition. Amazing benefits, flexibility (depending on what department you work at ofcourse) If you work at Corporate, (esp. in Headquarters) you get free Starbucks every Friday and a$30 credit you can use towards food of your liking in the social space. If you are in the management, they pay for your phone bill
