If you are in the management, they pay for your phone bill

What I don't like about working here is that management needs more communication with the staffers, especially pertaining to leadership.

My favorite perk about this job is that I get discounts st staying at other Hilton hotels since I'm an employee.

I love my job because its very lenient and I have a understanding staff. My boss works around my schedule and always willing to help and listen to me.

The business is somewhat unorganized. Management should follow procedures a little better to maintain a healthy clean safe environment.
