Lift Maintenance Mechanics ensure the safety and reliability of our lifts by monitoring, maintaining and repairing lift equipment in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations. The ideal candidate holds a competent mechanical/electrical skill set and demonstrates an ability to positively work as part of a larger team. This is a full-time year-round position with pay range between $19-$35/hour depending on experience. This role also includes a sign on bonus paid $1000 after the first 6 months of employment, and a second $1000 paid after 12 months of employment to ensure longevity. RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain and repair all lift equipment, ranging from conveyors to high-speed detachable quads. Duties during the winter operating season include regularly scheduled maintenance, pre-operational, mid-day, weekly, and monthly inspections as well as responding to lift breakdowns. The summer season includes a thorough inspection of all lift components, tower work, and grip and chair maintenance. Work on hydraulic systems, braking systems, rigging, gasoline and diesel engines up to 900 Hp, as well as low voltage safety circuits. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum two years of mechanical or electrical experience. Detachable lift experience is a plus. Must be able to work under timelines and pressure. Must be able and willing to work independently as well as part of a larger team. Adherence to all safety policies and procedures is a must. SUMMARY Production Technician - Stamping Press Operator- Sets up and operates power press to produce metal products by blanking, forming, piercing and cutting off parts by installing various dies and fixtures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Stamping Press Operator (learn full operation, setup, maintenance, tool & die, etc.) With guidance or assistance change tools, fixtures and die's on stamping presses. Operates and conducts basic maintenance on equipment and die's. Trouble shoots problems by using problem solving techniques. Reads and interprets blueprints, sketches, or product specifications to determine sequence and methods of fabricating, assembling, and installing sheet metal products. Reads blueprint, work instruction or job order to determine measurements, dimensions and specifications. Utilize correct fixtures in conjunction with machine settings and materials.
