With a long personal history of MSK injuries including several leg surgeries, Dan has long been passionate about improving outcomes for musculoskeletal disorders. Originally from Miami, Dan pursued a PhD in the medical sciences at the University of Oxford (currently paused), founding the Oxbridge Biotech Roundtable and OneStart, a large healthcare accelerator program. As CEO, Dan brings startup technology experience and healthcare expertise to Hinge Health.

Lex Annison was named Chief Operating Officer in February of 2021, Annison joined Hinge Health from Google where as a Global Director of Strategy and Operations, he oversaw a multi-thousand person team across 18 countries focused on supporting and growing Google‘s customers around the world. Prior to joining Google, Annison held senior leadership roles at Facebook and Wish where he helped them grow from small early stage startups to large, successful public companies.

Ron is Chief Financial Officer at Ripple. Before joining Ripple, he was the CFO at TubeMogul, Inc., a public advertising software company based in Emeryville, California that was acquired by Adobe for $540 million. Prior to TubeMogul, Ron was CFO, Chief Compliance Officer and Operating Partner at Mainsail Partners, a growth equity firm with more than $750 million in committed capital. Ron also held a CFO role at BrightRoll, Inc., a video advertising platform, where he helped scale the company and grow revenue by 500% in four years. Ron brings extensive experience in corporate finance, capital markets and acquisition transactions from his previous position as the Treasurer and VP of Corporate Finance at Yahoo! and in other roles at Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch and Bank of America.
