Hinge Health, Inc. job in San Francisco, CA or remote
About the Role We're looking for a Quality Assurance Manager (QA) to lead our QA function within Growth Marketing Operations (GROMO) - a team dedicated to ensuring flawless execution across Hinge Health's marketing lifecycle. This leader will oversee a team of QA professionals responsible for validating complex, multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail, etc.) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency in every member communication.
This leader will set the strategic vision for quality across Growth Marketing Operations - evolving QA from a reactive function into a proactive, data-driven discipline that prevents errors at the source and continuously improves system reliability.

You'll be joining a fast-moving, high-impact team focused on continuous improvement, data accuracy, and system reliability across the growth marketing ecosystem. We enjoy a continuous deployment DevOps culture, and take owner-operator pride in supporting our code in production. Our production systems rely on Iterable, Segment, DataBricks, Python. This role reports to the Director of Growth Marketing Operations and plays a critical part in ensuring that our member communications are precise, compliant, and impactful.

We are becoming an AI-first organization and want leaders with that mentality.
Our workflow is built around continuous testing and rapid shipping, with Asana and Jira driving visibility, automation, and cross-functional coordination.
